An absolute catastrophe! The ordering process was chaotic; one representative claimed the item was available, while another said it wasn't. Later, they mentioned it was on an incoming shipment, only to announce it was discontinued. The endless email exchanges were overwhelming. When the order finally showed up, filling it was incredibly messy—beads scattered all over. After my kids used them a few times, significant indentations appeared where the beads had compressed. Steer clear of this company, as both their service and product are dreadful.

Great service and quick delivery. Only managed to fill one of the loungers so far. It's quite tricky doing it on your own and it would have been great if they were already filled, but I guess that would make delivery of them harder because of the size. However, I love them, very comfy.

Love this furniture, easy to fling around, very comfy to sit/chill out on. Did have a bit of an issue on last purchase, it was more label printer/courier issue/missing parcel 2 of 2, but ambient lounge staff got it sorted and missing item 2 arrived quickly ✌️

My sun beds are incredibly cozy, and I absolutely adore them.

This was an "igloo" for our cat. He loves it!
The item is really well made and I would recommend purchase to others.

Our dogs beds are loved by our dogs, and have lasted so well, love the detachable and washable top which keeps it smelling fresh! Have 4 of these now as they look so good in our home too

A total disaster! Ordering was a nightmare as one person said they had what I wanted in stock, the other said they didn't. They then said it was on a shipment coming in, then it was discontinued. I lost count of emails back and forth. Eventually my order arrived and the filling up process is messy as f@ck! Beads go everywhere. Then, after my kids sat in them a few times, they are huge dips where the beads have clearly been squashed. Avoid this company as is appalling as is their product.

Excellent quality, originally I only bought the sofa as a temporary measure but its been in my living room for years now. It hasn't lost its quality and just needs the beans topping up once or twice a year. Im still very happy with the comfort and design.

Ambient Lounge were very quick and responsive to a zipper problem. Would highly recommend their dog beds as our two can't get enough of them.

These dog beds are amazing! I’ve never bought a bed that lasted more than a week for my retriever and springer spaniel. They are on the more expensive side but totally worth it. They look amazing, are dig proof, chew proof and my dogs love them. I bought a large and medium. The large is big enough for both dogs.

We love this bed its firm but not hard which is what we needed for my Cane Corso as he has mild hip dysplasia so he needs something that supports his joints which we hadn't been able to find until I came across ambient lounge dog beds.

This is the best bed I've bought for my German shepherds - fabulous for my old arthritic dogs .... they love their bed !
And the young ones who can curl up or stretch out -
