I have been trying to reach out for over a week now, but I have not received any proper response. I returned my product as per the required procedure, but there has been no update or communication since then. I’m extremely concerned, as it feels like my money has gone to waste.

Came across this brand on an Instagram ad and had a little look as found a couple of items that I knew I’d like so I ordered and I had them in my house in around 19 hours later, which is very impressive.
I also would like to say how classy the packaging is and the cute little boxes they come in with some cute little cards and sweet dried flowers

The wrong size earrings were sent out after discussion and a photo sent I was sent the right size earrings before I sent the smaller size back which I did.
