Pathetic services in India.

Pathetic services in India.. They are running a scam..never buy any appliances from Amazon India. They will never pick up the return and never refund. They loot your hard earned money. Their customer care executive will torture and mentally and financially harass you if you ever needed a return and refund

Extremely Disappointed with Amazon's Return Process

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Amazon regarding the return of a product. I ordered the “NEWUREHO Ice Silk Male Casual Suit, Size: Medium” and was very disappointed with its quality and size. When I raised a return request, the product was picked up, but I did not receive any pickup confirmation.

Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the product was not received and that they would check and get back to me within two days. Instead, the next day, I received the product back.

When I contacted customer service again, they said they would investigate and get back to me. After two days, they informed me that the product would be picked up within 72 hours. However, no one came for the pickup, and I received a return request cancellation message.

I conveyed this to customer service, who assured me to wait until 31st July 2024 for a solution. On 31st July, I called customer service, only to be rudely told that my return request was refused because I supposedly cancelled it. This was not true; the return request was cancelled automatically, and I had been in constant contact with customer service, who assured me it was being handled.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a fraudulent practice. If returns were not possible, why did Amazon mention a return and exchange option on the product page? I am highly disappointed with the lack of proper communication, unhelpful customer service, and the overall handling of my issue. This experience has severely shaken my trust in Amazon.

Good marketplace but customer care…

Good marketplace but customer care services are very bad. Products are genuine. Customer reviews are correct. Many items cost slightly higher than other online shopping platform. Exchange price of mobile and other items are comparatively lower than other online shopping platform. Many products are outside delivery range. Thus customer have lots of problem in buying through Amazon. Customer care are very stubborn and never able to solve any problems of customer. Amazon pay is very good but many times cashback are not given.

Pathetic experience and Bad service

Hi i bought product and insurance both from amazon on 6/08/2020 which voltas window ac and one assist 3years total protection plan. Now on 10/04/22 i raised a request with oneassist as there was cooling issue there technician visited on 13/04/22 who said the problem is gas requires to refill as there has been gas leakage. Now he said there will different technician who would visit to resolve but no one came, I called them multiple times but have no success, i requested as this weather change has impacted in health condition my son who is 2.6 years old has got fever and doctors have recommended to keep in one temprature as his body temperature has been uneven it was between 98 to 105.40 due to weather now since had not respone until 10working days. I asked Amazon to help me with product claim as this what it was promised on Amazon site while making purchase but Amazon said it is just a platform to seller to sell product and buyer to buy they cannot help further. Now my only question is this is what even shops outside on roads also do they are to a platform that to accessible and get things quick but they do actually help in situation and support, but Amazon frontline denied calls to discuss, escalations denied to speak and executive team denied to communicate also chat escalations said the best resolution is to connect oneassist myself as they cannot help in any case. It's been really bad experience ever since Jeff bezos has left services of Amazon has gone as ruthless and it's been bad experience.
