Très mauvais client vends des articles (cartouches d'encre) qui ne fonctionnent pas et rien a faire pour se faire rembourser puisqu' ils faut les retourner dans un emballage intact. .Perdu 50€

Alza is selling masks with wrong number of item in packages (10 masks instead of 25 per box)
and resolution from there end is just to update website with correct numbers
and just ask me if i want to keep my order
not even proposing to to send missing quantity or adjust the price for what i got
really poor service from alza

Excellent customer service all round.
Unfortunately, I ordered a motherboard that was not compatible with my PC and Alza were brilliant throughout the returns process. They arranged for a courier to collect the package from my door and issued a prompt refund.
I would definitely recommend this company for shoppers in the UK. Super quick delivery time via their courier DPD.
Also excellent customer service over the phone, very short waiting times and helpful and polite staff.

Achat d'une carte mère MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max.
Elle était fonctionnelle pendant un peu plus d'un mois, avec 4 barrettes de GSkill Trident Z 3600 CL16.
Un matin elle ne boot plus. Je fais différents tests et je constate qu'elle ne démarre qu'avec qu'une seule barrette. Quand j'en met 2 ou 4, en dual channel ou non, elle ne boot plus.
Je prend contact avec le SAV, ils réagissent vite. Ils me demandent de tout renvoyer (boite, notice, cables, carte mère) dans la boîte originale. L'ensemble part en république tcheque le 26/06.
Aucun retour de leur part courant juillet, je suis obligé de les relancer plusieurs fois. Ils me disent qu'ils ont un mois pour analyser.
Aujourd'hui, 14/08, je reçois un paquet de chronopost. Une simple boîte en carton, avec ma carte mère dedans. Je n'ai plus les cables, plus les CD, plus la notice, ni la boîte originale.
Aucune information sur l'intervention qui a été faite, juste un petit mot en disant que le souci a été pris en charge. Petit mot en tcheque évidement, que je dois traduire moi-même.
Je remonte, je teste, et évidement ça ne fonctionne pas.
Fuyez cette enseigne rien que pour leur SAV.

I ordered some few times with alzashop, especially Lego.
They have great deals, and I never exeperience any difficulties with the ordering process or delivering one.
I recommend this online shop.

I was struggling to find a specific computer part and Alza stocked it. Despite the high delivery charge of £14.50, I was confident that the courier would be prompt at delivering it. But 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email that said "even though we are doing our best to deliver your order, we experienced slight delay in it's dispatching. We are looking into the situation now. Latest in two hours we will inform you on more. We are truly sorry and we ask you to be patient." There was a link to my order, but it was to a page that did not exist. Exactly two hours later, I received a follow-up email, "We would like to inform you in a current state of your order. We already advised you on the delay below. At this point, we are doing as much as we can to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. The order will be dispatched soon. We are truly sorry for occurred inconvenience."

There was no hint of how long they were talking about, but I assumed hours, rather than days, given the tone of the emails. Four days passed with no communication and no trace of my order on their website. Eventually, I phoned, and got a tired and irritable man who was really uninterested. He told me that the item was with the courier, but that the courier could not deliver today (Friday) and that it would probable be here Monday. He surmised that DPD did not work weekends (?).

I found this experience unpleasant and disappointing. I would definitely avoid Alza in the future.

toujours reçus le matos sans soucis pour l'instant rien a dire de mauvais se sont pratiquement les premiers qui propose les meilleurs prix il faut qu'ils continue comme sa est je resterait fidele.

je vous mets en garde contre un site qui est alzashop , qui débite votre compte et ne vous envoie pas votre commande et il vous font soit disant un remboursement qui n'apparaît nuls par sur votre compte . site de grosse arnaque ne rien commander dessus .

Je suis très content de ma première expérience sur ce site, pour une grosse réduction sur le château Poudlard LEGO 71043 (323euros FPI).
Commandé le 31 Mai, livré bien emballé et en très bon état le 25 Juin.
Le temps d'attente n'est pas négligeable, mais quand on veut faire des économies il faut savoir être patient, une vertu qui se perd de nos jours.
Je recommanderais ce site sans hésitation, et suis attentif à d'autres bons plans.

Avoid at all costs!!! This site advertised an Amazon dot for £33. I went on looked at it the site didn’t advise of the postage/delivery cost however, but I assumed that it would apply at the end before the payment would process. I decided to pay using PayPal as I was wary of the site so at least I would have some kind of comeback. This site showed a cost of £33 i filled in my PayPal details and the next thing advised my payment was complete AGAIN without giving me any postage details. I went back to work and an hour or so later checked my emails . In these was a receipt for this company for £48.40 apparently due to postage costs. I went straight on their site and hit cancel this order and it would not allow me to do so. I mailed the seller via PayPal and via this companies website and requested that they cancel my order immediately and refund the full amount paid!!! I heard nothing back to either mail sent then received an email about two hours after this saying that there was a change to my order and it was being sent out for delivery. I am sooooo angry 😡😡😡😡😡. I will be back to update tomorrow on what action this company took 😡

Site peu connu en France, mais site génial, les prix défient toute concurrence, les produits sont très bien emballés et de qualité avec un suivi pour chaque commande. Et le service client est à notre écoute.

Commande jamais reçu et je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle malgré mes relances.

J'ai réalisé une commande le 20 avril 2020, a réception une importante partie était cassé. Il a fallu que j’envoie de nombreux mails et demandes pour avoir une réponse. Ils m'ont proposé une solution de remboursement et un avoir, ce qui ne m’intéresse pas, au vue de la gestion des litiges, puisque je ne recommanderais pas sur ce site. Depuis aucunes nouvelles, aucunes réponses. Donc je n'aurais aucuns remboursement ou remplacement d'articles. Honteux!!! Certes les prix sont attractifs, mais en cas de litiges ils ne vous offrent aucunes solutions.

J ai passé une commande de produits en stock
On me dit que ma commande est réservé et en attente de réapprovisionnement
sans aucun délai
Alors que les produits sont soit disant dispo pour passer les commandes
Personne ne répond à mes messages .
C'est un scandale .
Aujourd'hui réponse du vendeur qui me dit vérifier les infos avant de livrer et me demande de justifier l'existence de ma société alors que le paiement est fait depuis trois semaines par paypal .
J'ai déclenché immédiatement un litige chez paypal en demandant un remboursement .
A éviter a tout prix

I bought a laptop computer from Alza in the Czech Republic with the understanding that Alza would help me set up its Windows 10 system in English (I'm a native English speaker). But after I bought the laptop and brought it home, they refused to walk me through the process. And they were rude. When I repeatedly complained, they finally called me... about the wrong order...and then accused me of making a mistake about the order number. Finally, they sent me an email with advice... about the wrong problem! Total confusion. I'm very disappointed in the service at Alza. It's better to shop somewhere where you can get personal professional service.

Prix attractifs mais SAV désastreux !!!
Ecran livré cassé, 7 mails, réponses copiée / collée, aucun suivi.
Ne croyez pas les multiples garanties et promesses, si vous avez un problème, il s'en lavent les mains...
Je préfère payer plus cher ailleurs mais avec du sérieux.
Alzashop.com est à fuir !!!

Commande passer expédié en 5 jours malgré le covid19 aucun soucis et objet conforme je suis ravie une belle économie par rapport au même article sur amazone et cdiscount je le recommande
