Z Alzy už bych si nevzal ani zadarmo propisku.
Kvůli velice špatnému načasování instalace a neznalosti ze strany pana Říhy který byl zaplacen myčku v Praze nainstalovat, jsme prošvihli datum kdy by bylo možno myčku navrátit a i když nám po reklamacích byla částka na instalaci navrácena, v Alze mají tak neskutečný "bordel" že nám volali, že nám přístroj vymění, ale byl to omyl!!!!!!!????
Na review na Google nikdo nereaguje a Alza opravdu nedostává jménu kterým se prezentuje. Je to celé jenom vtip na úkor klientů. Opravdu nechutné.

Absolutně neuvěřitelně chování od Alzy a jejich služeb!!! V půlce Prosince jsme objednali myčku i s dovozem a instalací. Pan Martin, co přišel instalovat to bohužel nezvládl a sliboval nám, že přijde příští týden pak po novém roce.. nepřišel! Poté co jsme se opět obrátili na Alzu a vyžádali si někoho jiného, tento tým nám sdělil, že máme myčku s horním ovládacím panelem a měli jsme mít s předním, to nám ale pan Martin nikdy neřekl a po kontaktování Alzy nám bylo sděleno, že myčku vrátit nemůžeme z důvodu prošlých 14 dnů! Ne jen že to je na vině pana Říhy jako zástupce Alzy, ale také na Alze, jelikož takovéto lidí zaměstnává, po prodeji je nezajímá jestli byla instalace úspěšná a je její povinnosti uvést takovéto situace do pořádku. Nikdy bych si nemyslel, že se to může stát ve společnosti s takovým jménem.

Habe eine Bestellung einen Tag später storniert.
Angeblich wurde die Zahlung sofort an Paypal erstattet, was aber nicht stimmt!
Zahlung ist noch offen, keine Erstattung zu sehen.
Bei Paypal habe ich natürlich einen Fall eröffnet, damit ich mein Geld zurück bekomme!
Es war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe!
Kann nur abraten von diesem Laden!

Habe bei Alza vor etwa einem Jahr einen Anti-Diebstahl-Rucksack bestellt.
Im letzten Monat gab dann der Reißverschluss nach nur einem Jahr Nutzung seinen Geist auf.
Da mit einer 2-jährigen Garantie geworben wird habe ich die Reklamation angemeldet. Es folgte ein extrem aufwendiges Reklamationsfahren mit Einsendung des Artikels zur Überprüfung und ggf. einer Reparatur.
Der Reißverschluss war aber irreparabel beschädigt durch Verwendung von billigem Material und entsprechend schnell eintretenden Materialverschleiß.
Die Krönung folgte nach etwa einem Monat mit einer formlosen Ablehnung der Reklamation ohne jegliche Begründung.
Einmal und nie wieder in diesem Shop. Zukünftig also wieder alles bei Amazon bestellen....

I ordered a gym bench to be delivered on Thursday, got an email that it would be delivered on Friday. Waited all day for it on Friday and nothing, not even a message saying they wouldn't deliver. It's now Saturday morning and I'm on the phone waiting for the last 10 minutes to speak to someone. The pity is I paid for the product upfront, I'll have to go to the store in person as contact seems to be impossible. Terrible service.

Checkout is useless. Encountered two bugs when i tried to order my stuff.
Also, wanted to order notebooks (paper) for school. It was impossible to find.
Alot of crapy items show up when you use the search function also.

If a delivery timeframe was part of your decision to buy, and they didn’t meet it, you can demand compensation or even withdraw from the contract.

Alza.cz stated for my order "Order by midnight, ready in the AlzaBox in the morning!
We guarantee a specific delivery speed to AlzaBoxes for selected products in each region, as indicated by the colour label. And with AlzaPlus+, delivery to an AlzaBox is free."

My order met these conditions but was not honored.

These guys are a nightmare, we were ordering 280K yearly from them in various things. And the management sold us on some leasing devices saying its better than buying, fine we did it, then the issues started. They could not automatically deduct from our cards the payments they had to have bank transfer inmagine in todays day and age bank transfer, so we had not employees that did this, we had to bring in an external person to pay out invoices on alza every month, but that was not good enough as every 14 days they will send it to a debt collector because god help if they have no auto payments, no 30 day payment time for montly processing.

We cancelled everything and Amazon signed a contract as they expand in SK and CZ more, trought Nivy tower we spread the message of Amazon and its great we get a referral from amazon and customers get a better service, what a breath of fresh air. Enjoy your debt collectors 20 euros, desperate company, the harassment was crazy. So happy to be done with ALZA.

I am writing to share my deeply frustrating warranty experience with Alza.cz to warn potential customers.

I purchased an Arctic Liquid Freezer II cooler (Order Number: [463788979]) from Alza.cz.

The product failed within the warranty period. I contacted Arctic's official RMA service, who were very responsive.

After diagnostics, Arctic's official support confirmed in writing (email) that the cooler had an "irreparable manufacturing defect."

With this official confirmation, I contacted Alza.cz to request a refund, as is my right under EU consumer law.

Alza.cz refused my claim. They are demanding a physical "official document with a stamp and signature," despite knowing that the manufacturer's official confirmation is a verifiable corporate email. The manufacturer cannot provide a document in this archaic format.

Alza.cz is using a bureaucratic technicality to avoid their legal responsibility. They are knowingly creating an impossible hurdle for the customer. While the manufacturer (Arctic) ultimately offered me a solution, the behavior of Alza.cz was obstructive and, in my opinion, deceptive.

Be very careful when dealing with Alza's warranty claims. Their process seems designed to make you give up. I have all the email correspondence to prove these facts.

They are the most reliable company Ive buyed stuff from. Customer service is very reachable, delivery fast. I myself had some problems and took longer to solve than I wished for with product reimbursment but that stuff happens and I think competition would do much worse.

Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Trotz richtige (DE) Adresse Eingabe wurde Empfänger Land als (CZ) markiert, trotzdem in 5 Tagen war Bestellte Zwiechenbausatz für Waschmaschine und Trockner bei mir zuhause. Passt Perfeckt. Schade das mann diese in Deutschland wird nicht angeboten und verkauft von Samsung.

Vorsicht! Bei defekten Geräten wird auch innerhalb von wenigen Monaten die Rücknahme verweigert. Man erzählt Standardmails als Antwort, noch nicht mal in Englisch sondern in tschechisch.
