Amazing product. I was introduced to a different lifestyle and I am loving it!!

I ordered products on Kickstarter a very long time ago every time I contact them the product will be dispatched in a few days this has been going on for months so I am unlikely to ever receive my order .

It's such a great planter. Would recommend 10/10

Absolute joy of a product with great design and easy to assemble, insert soil & saplings and easy maintenance. Product is made using materials of high quality materials.

The size fits perfectly to hang onto a metallic object with the attached magnets and the ability to connect multiple Picos together is simply marvelous.

The usage of USD C makes it quite the versatile solution along with low voltage electricity usage making its use quite sustainable in the long run.

I fully endore the Pico models and Altifarm solutions to design a greener future for our homes.

I ordered an upgrade in Feb of 2022 and it is now ONE YEAR later and they have not sent anything. I’ve been reaching out regularly to get any sort of update and they either don’t respond at all or say I’m in the queue, I’m on the priority list, I’m going to get tracking because it’ll ship next week and it HASN’T after a whole year!! This entire company is a scam and I could never recommend them to anyone. It’s a different customer service person each time, and none of them could be bothered to actually help.

Scam. Does not deliver. Does not ansver mails.

Does not send the products. Absolutely terrible, and ignores us.

Refuses to send my product I paid for. Refuses to reply to messages.

I just got a replacement stand for my Herbstation.
As always, I love this brand and its
innovation for my plants and honestly, having so many everywhere in the house with Pico also grounds me mentally. The best therapy session is looking at my plants alive!

I am along with many other people reporting on this particular company that have backed this company on Kickstarter. I backed the kickstarter and got the same messages. I have emailed repeatedly about the "premium clear Pico MAX" I backed and gotten that it was under further review. Instead of being clear about the hiccups of the process in any new updates, or updating status emails, this company instead puts out another advertisement for their next product - the Altifarm CURA. Which while it could be a great product, the customer service and delivery timing and transparency in the kickstarter I have backed has been abysmal. I finally, after many emails back and forth and 3(!) tracking numbers which never went anywhere (issued 7/15, 8/9, and 8/10) I finally have a tracking number that shows movement within the FedEx system. I want to have faith in this company, but this is utterly ridiculous. I will reassess my review once I have the product in my hands. I have heard from many backers that critical components like batteries and microgreen kits were missing from their kits - core components that people backed for. I am optimistic about the product I am yet to receive.

Product satisfied all touch points, apart from the fact that shipping and customer service are slightly delayed. All in all a good product.

Ordered the pico max in Oct 2021 it’s now July 2022 and I’m taking legal action. Please don’t buy from this company.

This company does not care about its product or you - only your money.
I've backed their 'Pico Max' on 5/30/21.
I got 'Last call to update your shipping address' on 11/1/21.
From that time all you can hear from them are excuses.
They started working on a different project (CURA) while they still didn't deliver Pico.
Awful experience, do not recommend

Altifarm has made several claims about when their items would ship both to the community and even me personally (they claimed my order would ship within a day but 21 days later there was still no movement).

Instead of working on their current problems they are continuing to shill their next projects.

I backed this company on Kickstarter over a year ago and not only have I not received the reward, as of this writing they cannot even fulfill the promise given on the campaign of "We assure you full transparency in case of any unexpected roadblocks and quick customer support for any of your queries.". At one point they did provide a FedEx tracking number but all they did was print a label. When I finally got them to respond to one of my 15 messages they stated there was an issue with weight and said I had been sent a new FedEx tracking number, however that tracking number has never been sent. I have reached out numerous times to get the tracking number they said had been sent but now they are just ignoring me all together. If you look at the comments in their support forum and on their fundraising sites, this is a common issue. They employ delay tactics by only printing shipping labels and then keep giving the same excuse over and over again when the shipping never moves from the label created state. What is most appalling to me however is the way they blatantly just ignore customers, as if they are immune to any repercussions.

Again all the empty promises they made and we backers from Indiegogo and kickstarters continue to believe in their relentless and unreliable updates of delivery or even deliveries with missing items like the vital batteries . For my case, they responded that they are working on it when I written and share the trustedpilot review in kickstarters .

Simply it is just sounds more like a scam to me and if we ever get back our money , I doubt it. This is not a charity though as backers we know the risk but putting money in and yield not even an apology and update and continue to showcase new products when your own loyal backer’s concerns like me are not even care about and making others to believe in them to invest in this empty shell of promises and frankly other reviewers in trustedpilots only give postive reviews without even showing picture evidences what they have made me strongly believe is just their own people try to create a smoke bomb. This is worst backer projects I have to date. Pls see pic to know

I have purchased their product on Indiegogo when they claimed they already started shipping. It's been two years and I have never received my product, just like thousand of other people (see the comment section of the PICO campaign on Indiegogo). They keep saying they will ship in the next few days, they've been saying it for two years. They also put their product on the market, while us backers never received anyting.
