The company replaced the defective units.
Then told me I had to switch to another app.
But did not tell me I would lose SMS alerts i would only receive emails alert. Emails can take up to twenty minutes to alert to your phone if they don't get lost, It would help if they worry less about paying for SMS messages and more about your pet's life and safety.

Davvero pessimo, aggiornamento della posizione non è per nulla in tempo reale e anche dopo i 2 minuti di attesa molto spesso non si aggiorna, l'app un vero disastro, pessimo sconsiglio vivamente

Battery only last for 2 days. It malfunctioned after 6 months can even turn on. Trackipet refused to send a replacement or give money back. Not reccomend it for anyone.

Worst tracker yet!
Bought this to test with my GSP (who loves to roam). Only used in places my phone can get 3G/4G to know there’s signal and all it ever does is refresh or try to load and then say GPS lost . The only place it updates is our garden which is as useful as a chocolate teapot… don’t bother with it honestly. Total waste of time.

Absolutely terrible product DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY inaccurate all the time when switched on. Won’t charge past 67% barely lasted 40 hours and went off without sending alert. I bought the product for €20 in Harvey Norman but was not told I would have to pay €10 per month subscription but I paid it as I want to keep my dog safe. What they also don’t tell you is that u can only live track for 15 mins and a timer shows on your phone, you can only do this 20 times per month but can buy more live tracking 15 minute slots what an absolute waste of money and NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS ON THE TIN. My dog is currently missing and I’ve just spent €30 on this product……@harveynorman you need to read the reviews on here I know I wish I did! Not worth any stars

I only needed a tracker when my dog went into boarding while on vacation so I liked the flexibility of paying per month vs full year. Have used multiple times and had zero issues. It’s close enough for gps to give me peace of mind.

My issue is with the company. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. Received confirmation it was. Was then charged for another month. Contacted again and was told “they sometimes miss things” - was assured it was now cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days.
Two weeks nothing. Contacted again. Was ignored. Sent follow up email - was ignored.
Reached out via the chat on the website and was told my refund was refused. They would look into it.
Two more weeks nothing. Reached out twice more. Same thing.
Now it’s been 6 weeks and they have charged me AGAIN.
I still can not get a person to call me nor do they offer reasons why.
I will now go though PayPal for a refund as I have multiple screen shots of being told it’s cancelled yet being repeatedly charged.
I will not use the company again if they are this dishonest and unprofessional

Mein Fazit nach zwei Wochen.
Habe mich für trakipat entschieden weil man da einen piepston auslösen kann. Der so leise ist das mein Hund ihn ignoriert obwohl er bei einem Schlüsselfinder zurück kommt.
Akku Leistung entspricht bei weitem nicht den Angaben.
Ortung ist viel zu langsam.
Laden ist nur bei Demontage möglich.
App ist Umständlich.
Wollte den Trakipat zurück geben.
Verhandle noch mit dem Support.
Kann ihn auf meine Kosten nach New Jersey zurück schicken.
Um der traeker in Betrieb zu nehmen muss man einen Vertrag abschließen. Habe aus kostengründen einen zweijährigen abgeschlossen.
Der traeker ist jetzt deaktiviert aber mein Vertrag läuft noch Zwei Jahre.
Eine Frechheit.

Honestly, I was initially reluctant to purchase this after seeing some of the negative reviews online.

This product is fantastic, it helps locate my cat, I can see his location at all times and even send a beep to find him/call him home.

It is a great product and attaches to my cats collar super easy.

Really recommend for cats.

Lad være med at spilde dine penge på dette uopsigelige skod produkt, hvis jeg havde sat min lid til dette produkt så havde jeg nok aldrig fået min hund tilbage, og du kan ikke opsige dit abonnement uden at have fat i kundeservice USA eller Canada. Godt jeg havde en ekstra på tracker på fordi jeg ikke stolede på dette produkt.

Jeg nåede at have GPS'en 3 dage... Hunden stak af og indenfor 5 min. faldt den af ham. Hunden kom selv hjem igen, men jeg har til gengæld brugt timer på at lede efter GPS'en! Måske man burde give dem en anden farve end SORT!!! En hvilke som helst anden farve; orange, rød, grøn. Og måske en bip-lyd man kunne aktivere, ville være smart, hvis den bliver væk. Men alt i alt siger det sig selv, at den ikke fungerer særlig godt når man ikke kan finde en gps sender! Området den viser er desuden for stort. Burde være langt mere akkurat.
Det er selvfølgelig ikke GPS'ens skyld at den faldt af, den kan jo have siddet fast, men den burde kunne findes med sit eget system!
Jeg overvejer kraftigt om jeg skal købe en ny. Umiddelbart tror jeg ikke jeg gør det...

No accurate, way off, often it shows that my dog is between 500 meter or 5 km away from me although she is right beside me. Realtime tracking only works sometimes homerange way too big, we live next to a highway and range minimum is 150 meters. Price to expencive regarding to quality af accuracy.

I bought the tracking device almost a year ago through B&Q online from a reseller called Fonua UK. Its been working for this entire duration until this morning when I put it on charge. It got so hot I couldn't even hold it and then it went dead. It smelled like something inside had burned. I contacted their online support and they said they can't replace it because I didn't buy it through eBay or Amazon even though it has a lifetime guarantee.

Just a warning to pet owners looking to make sure their pets never get lost. DO NOT BUY THIS device!

Unfortunately, the time we needed to use the device the most, its accuracy was not accurate and spent hours looking for our cat. From sending a beep command to live tracking. This device did not work during the most needed time!

When contacting support, all they were advising was to cancel our subscription fee and receive a 1 month refund.

Another suggestion form them was to turn the device off and back on again (the device isnt working as we cant find it). Support is brain dead and uninterested.

Pessimo dispositivo, non rileva la posizione del cane e spesso non si connette,la batteria dura due giorni al massimo anche se regolata al risparmio. Facile perdere il proprio cane se ci si affida a trackipet

Bad device, it does not detect the position of the dog and often does not connect, the battery lasts two days at most even if adjusted to the savings. It's easy to lose your dog if you rely on trackipet

Sadly this device doesn't work, the tracker kept saying my Dogs had run away, even when they are inside!
I bought 3 for my 3 dogs!!
The geofence is way too big for most residents and can't be smaller!
Battery barely last 2 days, it was very easy to set up and the subscription is a decent price, tho with how bad the system works it should be free or way cheaper!!
I wouldn't recommended this product for anyone!

Only made me more nervous since it kept saying my Dogs had run away!
I hope i can get the subscription price back since i barely used it for only 3 days, i'm returning the trackers today (bought them from another company in Denmark (zooplus))
I tried contacting costumer service but haven't gotten a response yet!
All in all 1/10 only because it was very easy to set up and the subscription would be an okay price!

Kept saying dogs ran away.
Haven't heard from costumer service.
Easy set up.
Decent subscription price.
Not accurate gps.
Too big geofence.

Wouldn't waste your money on this tracker. Battery is rubbish. Location is inaccurate. We drove 30miles and did a 5mile walk with the tracker on my dog. It said he was next door but one.
Not fit for purpose.

Eine reine Daten SIM kostet bei diversen renomierten Anbietern 9,90€ auf 10! Jahre!

The tracker struggled to connect at all, if my dog was actually lost I would never be able to find him again because the tracker would just never be on! You also only get 20 “tracks” a da, but the worst thing is their support number COSTS to call!!!! How outrageous. Terrible company and terrible product. On top of all this, my bank called me after I bought the subscription because they thought it was a scam, guess they’ve had issues with this company before!

Today I noticed the trackipet had fallen off my dogs harness. Only had it a couple of months. So not impressed. Tried to cancel subscription via banking app but it didn't appear on there. Tried to cancel via trackipet app, was unable to. Finally found a 'cancel' button. I will only know whether this has worked, when the next payment is due.
