The fitters rang in advance to confirm arrival and willingly work late to complete fitting.. They were happy to answer any questions asked . The administration team were proactive, again confirming times and arranging timely delivery of equipment

The service was excellent, from the advice given to solve my solar edge soft ware error, about additional battery to expand the storage. Also a deep clean of my 16 solar panels.
The guys doing the work arrived with in the 2 hour time scale given me, having travelled over 150miles to get here.

Rang in regard to a problem I had with app regarding the power supply from my solar system, they quickly responded and diagnosed the power supply was too high and replaced the unit in the correct position and reset the inverter all working fine, they cleaned the panels and fitted mesh to stop pigeons roosting finely some peace, all done quickly and with no mess I wish more companies would be like this

The office staff are always polite and helpful. The installers are tidy and efficient - ecept when they leave a brush on the roof!!

The fault I had was dealt with very swiftly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Explained what they were going to do and tidied up after they finished. I would recommend this company to everyone.

All my contacts with the Company whether by phone or in person have been dealt with by polite and knowledgeable people. The installers where polite, arrived on time,and were neat and tidy, removing all waste materials.The installation site was probably cleaner and tidier than before the installation!

James and his mate arrived on time letting us know when they were on their way. They were efficient and friendly and tidied up when they left.

I called to have someone check out what appeared to be an intermittent problem. They company very quickly sent an expert to check things out and he replaced a couple of parts that may have been the cause of he problem. Everything has been OK since then. I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome.

Their solar technicians arrived on time (15 minutes early actually) and were clearly extremely knowledgeable with regard to solar installations. Very professional team, cleaned up as they went and were happy to answer any questions I had during the installation. Everything was completed the same day and we were generating our own electricity.

I can recommend Alternative Eco Solutions without reservations. They installed 2 batteries and an inverter. They came on time, did the job with no disruption to household power supply and cleaned up after themselves.

Each of the people who represent this company are friendly and helpful. They explain clarly what is involved and give you time to absorb the information offered. I didn't feel under pressure.

Scammers taking advantage of elderly vulnerable people, telling them they need upgrades and new pieces of equipment that they don't need, and charging them highly exaggerated prices, forging documents that say the customer has no memory issues or illnesses when they have alzheimers. We lost thousands of pounds.

I have had the above Company come a few times to install various pieces of equipment, upgrades etc and to this date I cannot fault them one bit. My last upgrade was some better Batteries for my Solar panels, as I'm having an Air source heat pump fitted in a weeks time. And James & Ben did an Excellent job every thing was fitted so well you would not know they had been working there. I find its a great pleasure to have a Company and there employees come and do work for me, and trust on their excellent skills and workmanship. You do not find many Company's nowadays who do that, to say I'm happy would be an understatement.

Our solar panels, that are monitored by this company, had a fault. So they informed us and big Matt visited us. He explained everything, very clearly, His customer service was exceptional. Then little Matt called today to fix the problem. Again, exceptional service, Also fantastic customer service. Both so informative. Both a credit to the company. Big Matt called in 10/7 25

The workers who attended my units were very attentive polite and appears very knowledgeable about the product. The fitting was done well and clean and quite quick.

I can’t praise them enough .
After spending weeks trying to research batteries I was inundated with sales people ringing me up , it was a minefield and I was so confused I decided to give up .
Then Tom from alternative Eco solutions spoke to me … he took his time answering all my questions and gave me good honest advice , he left his number and said ring anytime I had any other questions and that he wouldn’t pester me .
I left it a few days and rang him again with more questions, he answered all my queries and left me feeling confident that he knew what he was talking about .
He gave me a very good deal almost £1000 cheaper than my other quotes for the same system.
Today James and Ben came to install them , what a couple of lovely polite young men they were , they tidied up behind themselfs and spent time showing me how the app works.
I’m so pleased and will be recommending them to everyone that asks me .
