Refused to refund delivery charge for non-delivery
The goods I ordered were never delivered and Alpha Clinics would not refund the delivery charge. Alpha Clinics did annoy me by suggesting I'd refused delivery on purpose because I no longer wanted the goods, but later suggested I'd given the wrong address. On close inspection it seemed that part of the postcode was missing, so fair enough. That was my fault.

The reason why this was refused delivery and sent back to us is because you provided the incorrect delivery address. Please check your order confirmation email and you will see the address is incorrect. As such, a refund for the product was refunded but not for the delivery as it was you who provided the incorrect address. We cannot be blamed for your error.

The online photo shows a genuine Oticon box, but the product that arrived is not marked and I may as well have bought from Amazon.

Delivery was quick and I had several emails keeping me informed. Ordering was straightforward except for a small glitch at checkout where I wasn't automatically given the free delivery which I should have had but this was quickly resolved the same day in response to an email from me.
