I would 100% use alpha again if needed. They made the whole thing as easy and as stress free as they could. Becky was amazing at keeping us in the loop with very regular emails. They’re attention to detail was phenomenal and couldn’t fault them in anyway. If your looking for an estate agent get yourselves to alpha.

Leah and Becky couldn't have been more helpful with my purchase. The process took a lot longer than anticipated due to issues with selling my new build and then the house I was buying went into probate and we then had to arrange the transfer of gifted land into my name, They kept in touch throughout, updating me regularly, phoning solicitors to chase and were just amazing. After 9 months we finally completed the purchase. When I finally met Leah on the day I collected the keys, we both said it was like finally meeting our best friend, we had both spoken so often! I would highly recommend Alpha-move, they definitely go above and beyond to move things along. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, but hopefully this will be my forever home at last!!

I used Alpha Move to sell my house after a recommendation from a work colleague.
The agent arrived on time to meet us and went through all choices available to us, I decided on a 'open day' for potentially buyers and was not disappointed. I recieved all offers 3 days later and accepted the offer that was best for me. During the next 6-8 weeks I was kept informed and up to date via email and telephone calls by Becky on all that was happening related to the property. Becky contacted me before my solicitor did on everything which I was so grateful for. I have closed sale today and can honestly say it was so easy and stress free and all credit goes to the excellent communication from Alpa Move and especially Becky.

We have just sold our house with Alpha move and the service we experienced from start to finish was exceptional. The owner has a vast knowledge of the local area and is very skilled in his ability to drive competition for sale in order to not only get the best price for your property but also the best buyer.
The staff are also amazing. They are all friendly, approachable and pro-active.
Becky was responsible for our sale and I can honestly say our sale would not have gone through so fast without her. She would continuously provide us with updates and would chase up the relevant people in order for our sale to progress as quickly as possible. She is an asset to the company.

Amazing service throughout the whole process. I was looked after primarily by Becky who kept me constantly updated via regular emails and phone calls about what was going on. When problems arose she was right on top of everything, chasing up and keeping pressure on solicitors etc to get matters resolved. There were inevitably a few delays and her attitude was always pragmatic and she just got on with sorting matters out to move things forward. She has an excellent blend of professionalism mixed with a friendly attitude. Can't recommend Alpha move enough. They have been so helpful after a stressful 7 months. Leah and Becky have gone above and beyond, chasing parts of the chain and my buyers solicitors. Between them they done more for me than my own solicitors some days!

They get back to you when they say they will and don't leave you waiting for a call back for days on end.
