Paint Spillage in Car
We had a paint spillage in our car. We called on the Saturday at 11:45am and were booked in for Monday afternoon. I received a call from Daniel asking if he could come over that day and clear the pain t as he was worried it would not clear properly if left too long. He was over by 12:30pm and had cleaned it all up by 2:30pm. Amazing service. Very happy to recommend to anyone.

Professional Carpet Service
Really happy with how everything turned out. Alvin cleaned the rug, bedrooms, and hallways and did a great job getting rid of stains.
He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. I’d definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Amazing results, smells unreal - return customer.
Third clean with carpet bright last week for a full end of tenancy carpet clean.
Very happy once again, carpets looks brand new and smell great. The engineer took time to go over stubborn stains and took pride in his work.
A viewer even stated “are the carpets new”

4stars don't over egg what you can do
The reason for 4 stars is that I was lead to believe that they would get all the stains out but they didn't get them all out but then the carpet is 20 years old so they did what they could and I'm fairly happy with that but next time don't over egg what you can do

Second visit & Alvin was a Star again!
This is the second time we have called out Carpet Bright to help us with some carpets and we specifically asked for Alvin who came the first time.
We asked for Alvin as he gives us confidence that he will do everything in his power to leave the carpets as clean as is physically possible and once again we were not disappointed with the result!

Impressed again
This was my second time using Carpet Bright UK and once again I’ve been really impressed.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, and they were able to come out just two days later, which was fantastic.
Alvin cleaned my carpets (for the second time) and he was, as before, quick, professional and absolutely charming. My rug had really suffered over winter with mud and general wear. I genuinely thought I was going to have to throw it away, but it has come up looking fabulous.
Reliable service, great results and a lovely representative of the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Mike kept in touch on the journey to our flat as traffic can be unpredictable. Once arrived, he was friendly, cheerful and hardworking, got set up immediately and did an absolutely terrific job, leaving the 14-year-old carpets looking clean and fresh. I was really impressed. Carpet Bright is a well-run firm. Phone calls and emails are answered immediately and arrangements are efficient. The fee for the job was extremely reasonable, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free.
