We are very pleased with the job done by Craig / Almond Roofing.

Craig is pleasant and easy to communicate with. The guys were polite and efficient and did a great tidy up afterwards also. Job finished ahead of schedule. Would definitely use Almond Roofing again if the need arises. Would highly recommend to others.

Craig recently refurbished and re roofed an area between my house and garage, he also renewed my garage flat roof, I honestly cannot fault Craig's work, knowledge, expertise and professionalism, he and his colleague Daniel made a brilliant job and were quite honestly superb, the workmanship was of the highest standard, great communication from Craig at all times throughout the work.

Arranged an inspection with Craig. Craig showed up when he said he would. He was extremely professional. He took plenty of photos for my husband to see. Turns out it was not actually a roofing problem. Craig was very honest when he could have just charged for a problem that was not even there. We had an annoying wee leak that slowly seeped in to the living room ceiling, this made it difficult to establish where the water was getting in.
On the first visit Craig painstakingly investigated, including a a water test to establish the exact point the water was getting in.
He made an appointment in short order, carried out the works to a very high standard, and was a pleasure to deal with.

When our roof recently sprung a leak, we did what most people would do - ask about for recommendations.
And while we were given plenty advice on which companies to avoid, one name kept cropping up as being the person to get in touch with.
And that was Almond Roofing.
We are so glad that we did. For right from the moment we made the enquiry, Almond Roofing, based in Livingston, were perfect to deal with in every way. They applied no pressure on us to go with them for a replacement roof, but were helpful in the extreme, bringing us a variety of roofing samples and answering all our questions - even ones we didn't know we had.
Once we had agreed to get the work carried out, everything happened exactly as Almond Roofing said it would. The scaffolding came on the correct day, the skip likewise and Craig was knocking on our front door early in the morning that the work was due to start.
All the way through from start to completion, Craig kept us informed of the particular stage he was at. And while we were fortunate that the sun was shining every day, the work went exactly to schedule. Craig and his colleague swept up every day, leaving a clean and tidy site. Once the roof was on, the scaffolding and skip were quickly dispatched and the area in front of our house was left looking exactly as it did prior to the commencement of the work.
But even that wasn't enough for Craig. For he came back the next day, with a huge big brush and spent a couple of hours completely cleaning the area to the side, front and rear of the house, making sure that there wasn't so much as a skelf to to be seen.
We can't recommend Craig and Almond Roofing highly enough and can only go on our own experience. But our suggestion is that, if you're needing roofing work carried out or requiring a complete new roof, you make Almond Roofing your first port of call.
And before you ask, Almond Roofing gave us a very fair price and never came back asking for any extras.

Almond Roofing replaced all of the eves, guttering and downpipes, and repaired a bay-window valley/channel on my 30 year old house. I am more than pleased with the quality of work and final result, which has transformed the look of my house.

Craig gives you a time when they will commence work on your property, and they turn up when they said they would. This sounds obvious but surprising how many tradesmen don't. This by itself is worth a lot, and reflects their professional approach. He also keeps you informed as the work is progressing.

I cannot recommend Almond Roofing highly enough. If I ever need further roof repairs or work completed, I will certainly be employing Almond Roofing.

Contacted Craig for chimney work, replacement gutter and replacement tiles. Communication was great from the initial enquiry to the job finish. Fantastic job, super punctual, great communications and very very reasonable. Even cleaned my gutters/valleys for free. Gave me lots of good advice on other things I needed including referring a good painter. Would not hesitate to recommend.
