I ordered a lava roofing kit of this company over 2 1/2 weeks ago three days into the order. I received just two packages out of eight the delivery company said it’s best to return it so it can come out altogether. I have been chasing this every single day emails not one person picks up the phone from any depot. You can’t get no reply anywhere really bad service will not recommend.

Hi Warren,
We are sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the delayed delivery.
For clarity, your order was dispatched within 24 hours and consisted of three parcels, not eight. As the parcels were sent separately, they may have arrived at different times. Unfortunately, the courier advised that the parcels should be returned to us rather than completing the delivery.
The tracking shows that the return process began on 22 July; however, the goods have still not arrived back with us from DX. We have also checked our email records and have been unable to locate any correspondence from you, so we are sorry if your messages have not reached us.
Despite the parcels not yet being returned, we are happy to arrange a replacement shipment and provide you with the full tracking details. Please contact us via info@theroofingoutlaw.co.uk to arrange this.
Kind regards,
The Roofing Outlaw Team

Hi Trevor,
This is the first time we have had correspondence from yourself in regards to your order. As explained privately, your order was sent out but had been damaged in transit. We are not notified by our delivery partner when an item is damaged hence the delay in your order.
We are happy to either resend your order to you or provide you a total refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we pride ourselves on our customer service and resolving issues when they arise.
Kind Regards,
The Roofing Outlaw Team

The Roofing Outlaw are an excellent company and their video is particularly helpful. We have another project to complete when we finish this one and all i would ask is that the boxed tins are packed a little better as 2 of them had been well and truly battered but were thankfully not leaking it might well of been the couriers handling of them during transit.
I would definitely 100% recommend the Roofing Outlaw as they are well priced the product is excellent and they have good deals.
