Good range, not so good service
Nice range of products; I was able to find everything I wanted.
However, customer service is beyond poor. They made a mistake in my order, and after 10 days they have yet to send me a return label.

The granules for the Ajwa date seed powder could have been ground finer but otherwise everything else was good.

Efficient and reliable service
I ordered a Quran for my daughter. The delivery came very quickly and I received messages to confirm exact date and time of arrival from the company. I was very impressed. I look forward to more purchases in the future. 5 stars.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Was sent a abaya that wasn't what I originally ordered but they just msg me to check if I was happy with the colour and was told it was the same as what I ordered originally. Ordered a 52 and got one that was so short it was unwearable . It actually measured 46 . Would suit an 12 year old not an adult. It's also straight and not flared so not the same at all. Not happy with it at all. Contacted them to tell them and they made no comment or advice on resolving. Had to go to another seller to find what I wanted. Money wasted here. Think twice before buying from here.
