Great pieces
Had numerous bits from All Wear now, usually for statement outfit etc. I also lost a genuine chain, well it was stolen and I have replaced it with an all wear version it replicates it perfectly, weight and colour.

I ordered an item and it came the next day, great service and fast too. Not for everyday wear though as I’ve had my bracelet about 2 weeks and it’s faded already.

I really had great faith in this company due to high volume of good reviews, BUT avoid as colour comes off jewelry, not worth spending hard earned money on
This company have also blocked me as they didn't want to admit there fault and refund, will never use them again, it caused embarrassment as were given as gifts, they effected people's skin due to the colour fade and causing scratches on skin, really not good

Bought a necklace from them less than a year ago, as well as a bracelet 8mths ago. They have both tarnished and gone green
After receiving an email from the company they agreed to replace the items free of charge, which I am very happy with.
Hopefullly as I’m returning the faulty items tomorrow, the replacement items will be received soon.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the necklace and bracelet. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after purchasing the items with the expectation of long-term durability.
To clarify, our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects and offers a free replacement within the first 6 months. After that period, we still support our customers by offering a replacement at 50% off, which is how we’ve tried to help in this case.
The green or brass-like colouring is most often caused by moisture, soaps, or skin pH reacting with the metals underneath the gold-dipped layer. While we work hard to provide high-quality gold-dipped jewellery, it's not solid gold, and unfortunately, like all plated items, it does require some care to maintain its appearance long-term.
That said, we’d still really like to make this right. If you'd prefer, we can look into offering a store credit or a tailored solution based on your order history. Please reach out to us directly with your order number so we can do our best to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Bought a 6mm belcher it faded started turning copper, they replaced it the same thing happening much faster, customer service was decent but the quality is horrendous , sorry my mistake 10 mm belcher bracelet , order 50244, literally has it replaced and it’s just faded like hell your jewellery is atrocious quality
