Bit of a slow response at first but they were probably busy. They got in contact with me straight after and have been overly helpful.

Best piece I ever owned
Best piece I ever owned. When i say i wear the cross pendant with chain everywhere i mean it. Looks as shiny as the day i got it. Gym, pool, shower, sweat on runs, doesn’t tarnish at all. Super happy with it.

Unusual nowadays but from start to finish I have no complaint whatsoever, the order I placed arrived very fast and I must complement them on the packaging and presentation box that the bracelet came in. The bracelet itself is of higher quality that I expected totally pleased with it.
I would highly recommend them.

110% recommend this company!
Can't fault the service of this company whatsoever. We bought a stars and bars bracelet for our daughter for her birthday in September. She liked it so much we bought the matching necklace as a Christmas gift. Kayleigh was an absolute star from start to finish - thank you so much!

Ordered a certain size and it wasn’t right. Emailed them the same day and they replied super quick! The same day the return was submitted and sent back. They exchanged it for the bigger size, paying the price difference was super easy and it was returned back to me 1 day later!!! This close to Christmas too! Super impressed by the customer service and quick postage and delivery. My first time ordering and will definitely only be ordering from here in the future! The chain I ordered is gorgeous Thankyou
