Unknowingly signed up to a subscription
I would like to point out that when I made my first purchase it was not made clear that I was signing up to a subscription. However one month later Allurashop have taken money from my bank and are sending me another month’s supply of capsules.
I feel that I cannot trust a company that puts people on subscriptions in such a devious way.
If you made it clear and obvious to customers that they were signing up to a subscription you might retain more customers.
I would have preferred an obvious question to be asked of me ‘do you want to have a subscription’ with a tick box for
yes or no
I believe the product may be working for me but, because of the feeling of being scammed into a subscription, I am not inclined to continue to purchase from them ever again. A very sneaky company.
