Lovely event
Lovely event, lots going on and fantastic stalls. Only gripe is could do with a bigger area, was way too packed in. Felt that because of the crush you couldn't really spend time looking at the stalls as you where always being barged into/felt like you had to move out of the way.

Hi Paul, thanks for the review, although your review and rating is feedback on the Roll Out Roll Call event in the Town Hall, rather than our shop, All The Cool Stuff.
Even so, we are glad you found the event lovely, with lots going on and a good range of fantastic stalls, thanks to your support, an amazing £1,300 was raised for the Wildlife Rescue in Moyles Court, which is a 5 star result all the way for us :)
Great local toy shops

Brilliant customer service - well worth a visit
Seeing David make every customer, especially the little ones, feel special and valued, be it at an event or in the Aladdin's cave-like shop is wonderful to see.
Also a trader who works very hard for his local community, as well as the fandoms that many of his older customers support.

It's a shame this review got us 2 stars, as the customer was happy and a replacement product was also sent to the US. We went above and beyond in both speed and service, but only got 2 stars :(

Hi there, sorry to hear that, every book supplied to us by Ann is brand new and signed by her. However if the book is damaged in transit, for the purposes of this review that is not us, but we would do our best to help if you reach out and tell us :)
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. There was a slight delay with my order so I contacted the seller, they were very quick to get back to me and explain the reason for the delay. Delivery was very quick and the item was very well packaged. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Star Wars Black Series
Unfortunately my order couldn't be fulfilled due to an error on the site but David took the time to call me and tell me personally and offered a refund, however, we went through his current inventory and I chose another figure he had in stock. He threw in some cool badges and a sticker too! I will be purchasing more figures from him soon, he was a pleasure to talk to.
