Thank you for the 1 star review, sadly this review is not true and the item was delivered: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/0212D0DE01A7E0B0
This is a real shame that this inaccurate review affects our business so significantly and Trust Pilot are not prepared to tackle it, despite all evidence available to show the review is incorrect :(
Andmore 2025
Attended the Andmore event by All The Cool Stuff. A really excellent day, with great guests and lots of access to meet them. Panels were very interesting and added real value to the day.

Order refunded without explanation
Edit: I do have an email from allthecoolstuff on the 12th of May but it is a simple refund notification with no explanation of the error or information about other stock. Not sure where the miscommunication has occurred here.

Hi Tom, thanks for your review, we can see an email was sent on 12th of May explaining the error and why the refund was given, and also the offer of what Pokemon we did have in stock, if that was of a help or interest :)

The pony is in great condition. Only reason for 4 stars is that tracking was impossible, it just showed "order placed" until it arrived.

Hi Lornie, thank you for the review, sometimes we just get on with the job to make sure it gets out to folks as soon as possible and update later, if getting yours and other orders out as fast as possible is what lost us one star, we'll take it :)
