It was all so easy. I made a phone call, these guys took over, and just 2 weeks later I received a letter from DWP they were happy to pay the allowance.
Surprised the gov bit was so quick; and to be honest, I don't think I would have got this without the help.

From the very first call Allowance Assist has been an excellent company to deal with. You can tell by the enthusiasm that Luke and Chloe portrayed when speaking to them how good they are. Nice personal touch.

Allowance assist has done a brillant job helping me applping for and getting allowance assist it was something I would be unable to do myself. Thay was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with over the phone. I would recommend them to anybody that requires this type of help.

My experience of Allowance Assist is that I was guided through all that I needed to know.Some things took longer because of my hearing difficulties but all questions were answered and clearly explained.The reply from the dwp came on the 27th January.This made a total of £137.61.This goes up to £76.20 on the6th April.2026.My greatful thanks ot all those who made this possible for my.Special thanks and gratitude to Chloe who was so helpful over and beyond anything that I expected.
