This all came from an article in a well known Scottish magazine.It was read by my wife who then asked what I thought about it.Having read it and realising how straightforward it seemed I contacted the company who put me straight about our right to apply and with their support we applied and were successful.The company was superb in the support they gave.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this organisation. The communication from the staff was exceptional. I spoke with Anna when filling in the form and Chloe phoned me every week to check on the progress of the claim. I had never used this company prior to speaking to them about my potential eligibility for Attendance Allowance. They took me through a series of questions, in order to assess my eligibility (sadly I don't remember the lady's name) but she took me through the questions asked by the application form. At conclusion she was confident that I would be eligible and I submitted my claim, only to have it declined.
I was shocked, however when I advised this company, they were genuinely more shocked than me and more angry than me. My case was passed to Luke who appeared to take it as an affront, and assured me that the rejection was wrong and that he would take the case up with the D.W.P, on my behalf.
My claim has now been accepted and my thanks must go to Luke, the delightful Chloe and all the team at Allowance Assist.
Without an hesitation I would recommend that anyone seeking to claim this benefit use the services of Allowance Assist.

From beginning to end they were so helpful, I would especially like to thank Chloe she is always so bright and cheerful nothing is too much trouble for her and of course the rest of the team. After being rejected when I first applied, they did a great job in getting me accepted. 5 star service.

I was not sure if I would be eligable for assistance allowance and did not know how to apply and did not really feel up to filling out forms at the time of my application. My wife contacted Allowance Assist for advice and Chloe was extremely helpful and listened to my situation with genuine empathy and the advice she gave us was very reassuring. As a result of that conversation we decided to ask them to act on my behalf to make a claim, we made arrangements to complete the form and Luke assisted me with what information to provide on the form and what supportive medical information to supply. I know I could have done this myself but it was well worth the cost of proffesional advice, he filled in the form with the details I provided and sent it to me to check, sign and submit to DWP. My claim was successful and completed within about six weeks of application whereas personal claims are averaging up to twelve weeks if correct information received. I thank all the staff at Allowance assist for their genuine concern and support throughout this process and recommend their services to anyone who like me did not have the confidence to act alone at a vulnerable period.
