Absolutely great from start to finish found this site on Google communications was great would highly recommend

I was a little apprehensive at first because it all sounded too good to be true. But now that we’ve reached the end of the process and my Dadis receiving his full entitlement, I can genuinely say I couldn’t be more grateful to Allowance Assist.

They supported us from start to finish. Their service is exceptional, this is a company that truly cares and guides you every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The team were so friendly and helpful in filling in the long form for attendance allowance. I would never have the patience and understanding of this form and would probably not have filled it in and not received my AA. They phoned me regularly to see if I'd heard anything and explained I might get a phone call from DWP and not to be afraid to answer their questions.

From my first call to them and through the process of filling in the forms for me I must say they are great at helping people get what is due to them, I got way more than I thought I would. Yvonne is a star!

This company is 1st Class. I was worn out and weary after filling in so many pages,in a booklet, to make my Attendance Allowance claim, and then getting turned down. Months later my condition deteriorated further the thought of applying, and answering all those questions again,filled me with dread. So I kept putting it off. Then, coming across Allowance Assist online I decided to give them a call. I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was very good in explaining exactly what they could do for me. From then on they asked me questions, with empathy and understanding, so they could fill out the form for me. I felt confident and reassured that I would be successful in my claim. However if it was turned down then they would help in appealing my case. When I received the completed booklet as I was not completely happy with it, as I had remembered an important fact that I had failed to mention before, I contacted them and they were happy to make the amendments I requested. The completed booklet was sent to D.W.P, with letters from doctor's to support and my claim. Then about 6 weeks later I had conformation that my claim was accepted. Claiming for Attendance Allowance, using Allowance Assist,has been less stressful and probably more accurate than doing it oneself. In addition the service has been kind, considerate, friendly and reassuring.

Allowance Assist helped me to apply for the Attendance allowance very helpfull their was no pressure from the staff only helpfull advice I would recommend this company to anybody applying for Attendance allowance I rate them 1st class

You were faultless,in my opinion. No pushy sales rubbish,just strait facts and very importantly, all the procedures carefully explained. You made it very easy for me,I'm sure i would have made a mess of it if left to me. Allowance Assist are very patient and understanding when it comes to caring for family. We talked over the phone and in a few days the forms turned up in the post for me to check and sign with a return envelope for me to post. After about 3 weeks we had a reply with everything sorted.

Thank you to all at Allowance Assist for guiding me through the application forms in a friendly and efficient manner . The application was successful thanks to their expertise in helping to complete the rather lengthy and somewhat daunting questionnaire . I would definitely recommend their services - worth every penny !

Having seen the application form previously, I was immediately put off applying. I then googled "help with attendance allowance" Several companies came up, however after reading reviews I opted for this one. Knowing that if my claim was not successful I didn't pay a penny helped me make my mind up. I was directed to a lovely lady Yvonne, who immediately put me at ease. She arranged a time to suit me to complete the form and said it would take around an hour. She rang me precisely at the time she said she would. We talked about my condition and discussed the areas where I needed help. All the time she was taking notes. She then explained that she would use my notes to complete the form and roughly how long it would take. She also said to ring her back if I had missed any information out. I then got the form back to read and check. The pages were clearly marked where I had to sign. Somehow Yvonne had been able to transcribe my conversation into words that made sense. All this was done in my own home, coffee in hand and feeling totally relaxed. I highly recommend this company. Also their help does not end there. Once a customer they are happy to help with any future claims if your circumstances change. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful, polite and professional.

What a very helpful experience this was I had the help from a very supportive and friendly Chloe who guided me through the whole process, I was nervous and she put me at ease talking about my illness what a credit to the company she is.

Googled to find a company who could help me fill in the 30+ page Attendance Allowance form and saw this company had a 95% plus success rating and a no win no fee arrangement, and with all the positive reviews, I decided to go with them.
I received the top rate cash payment into my bank account 3 weeks after sending off my application 👍 I cannot recommend this company enough, special mention for Yvonne who spent 2 hours helping me fill in the form for me, also Chloe who was also very helpful. 5* service from beginning to end, would definitely use again without hesitation.
