Poor communication throughout - item also sustained damage in one corner and they refused to accept accountability upon delivery. AVOID!

UPDATE: they’ve clearly mixed me up with somebody else! My husband pointed out the damage upon delivery and they refused to accept that it was sustained in transit, but offered a 50% goodwill gesture discount for when we pursue their services in the future, which we were content with. HOWEVER! When I did contact them subsequently re another job I wanted to book but they completely ignored me (for 12 days) so they clearly never intended on fulfilling what they proposed and that is when I asserted that I would change my review, and rightly so. You have flagged my review and attempting to have it removed but I have sent forth proof of the booking, and so I am satisfied that TP will keep the review up. Your unaccountability speaks volumes of your lack of integrity - rather than accepting you will experience shortfalls and taking it on the chin, learning from it and moving on you attempt to paint me as a liar in your response.

Mark was absolutely fantastic. The phrase 'above and beyond' gets thrown about a lot, but Mark really did go above and beyond. Fantastic service from start to finish - great communication, kept both parties up to date on the day and collected and delivered in the time frame provided. Mark really went the extra mile for us to help get our new sofa in to our flat which was greatly appreciated. He really took the stress out of it for us, and all with a smile. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!
