I have used AllGo for 2 years now and can say they are just fantastic at offering that 'above expected' level or service. Working in communication and leadership myself I'm always tuned into how businesses and their people engage and AllGo have been fantastic with me. One stand out was Andrew O'Donovan who was so enagaging and personable and just a real person who was abls to resolve the issue immediately and went the extra step too.

His resolve was swiftz efficent and he was deducting him self in an extrenly helpful and proffesional way!

Called customer support expecting the usual brain strain you get all the time, but was pleasantly surprised, everything sorted quickly and efficiently by an agent called Andrew .

I have had a few AllGo cards and find the activation of them frustrating at times (both for tap and online transactions). However their customer support team is really good. Easy to reach on the phone and very helpful. I dealt with Andrew just today and he was excellent at sorting the issues.

Andrew provided exceptional support to me on an issue I have been having with my allgo account access and card activation for quite sometime. I tried in the past to get support but was unable to resolve the issue.
This time around however Andrew took my call and talk through the steps needed so I could gain access to my cards. Over 24 hours he communicated over and back we with 4-5 times with step by step and how to recover access. Issue fully resolved. Thank you Andrew

The process is straightforward and easy to use, and the card is a really useful employee benefit and one I’d happily recommend to other businesses.
