Their Customer Service is Dreadful....I ordered a book 9/4/21 it is now October 13th 2021 and I have not received the item ordered. I have sent 7 emails left 4 voice mail messages with a person called
( Sharon. ) this so called individual has never called me back, oh I also tried to use their Chat option 3 times unfortunately each time chat was not available however they offer their email option which I believe they answered once to say it was on its way almost 4 weeks ago...still not here.....
If you want something for a gift forget anout this company you will be embarrassed when it does not arrive on time...

I have ordered a gift card to be delivered to me via email. It’s the fourth day since I placed the order but I haven’t received my gift code. Meanwhile I was told that my gift code will be delivered in the 3 full working days.
Still waiting for my gift code or I assume this is a scam 😡

Finally got my voucher 8 days after being asked to leave a review, whether the post or Arnott's were the slow coaches I don't know but maybe don't ask for reviews before delivery. It's a great site and I will use it in the incoming year for all my birthday gifts

I had to contact customer service recently and got probably the best customer service experience from any company I have ever contacted! Sarah&Kerri were absolutely stars to deal with. Will be using Allgifts reguarly from now on

Update :I have since spoken to B&Q and they have advised that these funds are with yourselves the issuers of the card and it is allgifts.ie would need to extend the validity so totally frustrated with this whole experience.
*** Original :Voucher value of €50 for B&Q store issued through all gifts.ie not being honoured despite not being able to travel to spend voucher since last March as store is more than 30 miles form my home .

Voucher has expired is response I have been given .

Stay away site "I would give ZERO STARS if it was a choice here. I spent almost $400 today and establishing an online account. with Google and since I hadn't logged in "...at least once 2 month they totally deleted my account without contacting me. I didn't get ANY email contact or warning about this. ( and a LOT of money) are gone.

Thank you to All Gifts for their gesture of goodwill in issuing a portion of a voucher I bought for my son for Christmas. He was unable to redeem the original voucher as the company went into sequestration. I will definitely support All Gifts in the future. I live in South Africa and it is lovely that I can send something to my son and daughter in law in Dublin.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered in November and got it at the end of January. They made it seem like we would be getting this awesome ornament and received this plastic coated picture of the ornament. They are only offering a 15% refund.

Very bad service ordered hampers 28th Nov to arrive in Perth asap eventually arrived on 21st December no updates available until 15th Dec then I had to contact AusPost to follow up myself. When they arrived it wasn’t what was advertised very disappointing..:raised with CS they want to involve the receiver by requesting photos etc brutal service... desperate follow up..really bad and by the look of the reviews I’m not the only one who thinks it.

My Customer Care experience with AllGifts was great. They were very helpful and straight-forward.
I really wish to see AllGifts.ie getting a face-lift. Many elements on their page are too small, there are no options to see my recent purchases and the design and layout is outdated.
