No one will reply to my inquiry concerning an item I ordered. They sent an email stating it shipped which was not true, usps has shipping label waiting on the item.

Sad no one will reply

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrendous experience. You’re not giving a voucher, you’re gifting a painful experience. Avoid.

I purchased a voucher and then realised I could only redeem on the site. I created an account to redeem the voucher to order a voucher card by post and the code did not work no matter how I input it. The system is not user friendly and confusing to first time users.

hi i have made an enquire 3 times now every-time i press order book it keeps coming up sorry u entered an invalid symbol.anyone else have this problem thanks

It never arrived. Never heard back from customer service. £300 out of pocket 😡

went to shop with voucher they said I needed to go online ,set up account to redeem voucher , I already had done this and had voucher printed. they said they could do nothing , voucher only valid with all gifts and not with supplier. this voucher is for mcguirks golf.

We got a voucher from all gifts for expedia group for €100. When we went to use it and book a hotel in Killarney the difference between booking directly with Expedia and through Expedia group is €51. Our €100 voucher is now worth €49. there is a service charge of €29 and the same room costs €22 more through Expedia Group. I have tried to get an explanation from Expedia Group but to no avail. They are not budging.

Don’t buy a voucher here as it is delivered as an email with your name on it and it’s not possible to gift it. Very stupid system.

The problem with the empty attachment has been resolved by my niece. Thank you AllGifts for your concerned emails to me and wishing you success with your company.

Be aware that You are not actually sending gift cards or vouchers but the recipient has to go through requesting the vouchers and then they may/may not turn up. I recently purchased vouchers for my sister which turned into a complete pain in the neck for both herself and me. A voucher did not turn up and both of us are now trying to get allgifts/allegro to ‘reach out’ to Dunnes store. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT SENDING A GIFT OF VOUCHERS YOU ARE SENDING THE RECIPIENT HASSLE AND GRIEF OF HAVING TO ASK FOR THE GIFT VOUCHERS

Taught I had more money in my balance yet my balance is zero no where to see what vouchers I bought ?

I have rang their 0035312530555 re AllGifts voucher for Eason’s I have redeemed the voucher but all I am receiving via email is order number not gift card no contacted Eason who say the problem is with AllGifts. I have rang their contact no at 5 times on 15/06/2022 and 16/06/2022 left my contact no NOBODY has ring me back no joy

Absolute nightmare trying to redeem vouchers, steer clear and get vouchers from retailers.

We had an issue to which customer care resolved the matter quickly.

Hi very disappointed with the customer service, I made a purchase for a gift card on the 24 December 2021, payment was approved on my from my account, however no confirmation or gift card received. Very dissatisfied with allgifts. I have sent a email, no response.

I ordered a gift on Thursday evening, before I could even track the item, it was delivered on the Saturday morning.
Will definitely buy from this company again.
