John and his team did a great job, very fast and efficiently, and no hidden fees or surprises. Excellent honest service. They were phenomenal, rolled with the punches, and worked fast! I’d recommend them and will use them again!

The driver was punctual and friendly. Arrived exactly when he said he would for both pick up and drop off. He was very helpful with loading the van and polite and talkative throughout. I would recommend this company. TOM went the extra mile to help.

They were very professional and completed my move easily and hassle-free. They showed up on time and handled all the furniture professionally. They moved my piano too! Every piece is carefully wrapped. I would recommend them to everyone—a great experience.

Everything they tell you is deceitful.
I thought I did my home work and asked all the right questions.
I was soooo wrong.
I reached out to Allegiance Van Lines in early April to book a move for the end of June.
Was quoted 18k for a full pack and delivery of 2400 cf of household items. I signed a contract for this amount and paid the deposit.
I was assured that they were a direct carrier and did not use brokers(first lie)
I was told our move would take 5-7 business day to deliver(it took over 2 months)
Coordinator called me a couple of days before to make sure we were good to go.
On the day of the pack(a day late, and we had our buyers moving in the next day) this filthy unbranded truck pulls up full of smelly men. With an altered invoice for $2400 more than the agreed contract.
When I called our coordinator he said “it is what it is” and if we didn’t want them to load our stuff”good luck on finding another truck on such short notice”
We signed the new contract under extreme duress as we were under contract to be out of our home. These strong arm tactics are equivalent to a carjacker stating”the guy just gave me his Rolls Royce! Please Disregard the fact that I had a gun to his head”
While packing our belongings we noticed they were not filling the truck to capacity. When we called them on it they shifted stuff around to make it look full.
They stated that the truck they brought should fit our entire 2400cf move and anything remaining would have to be left or charged a premium to move.
My husband then measured the dimensions of the truck to prove that max capacity was only 1978 cf.
They brought another truck, with 400cf taped off and said whatever we could fit in that space would go. We had to leave behind a complete bedroom set, couch,curio cabinet and much more.
Over2 months of excuses as to why our items weren’t delivered(truck problems 2x, customer cancellations on the consolidation ect)
Dozens of text messages and phone calls, promising “the driver will be there in 72 hrs, 24 hours, next weekend, tomorrow…..we took so many days of work to be able to accommodate the delivery to no avail.
We finally received our items on September 6 at 9pm.
Magically all of our stuff fit into the 1978 cf truck(thrown, piled,stuffed,and damaged)
When we asked about the 400 cf we were charged for(over $3000)
He said we would have to take it up with Allegiance. Allegiance says we need to take it up with the broker co.
We called the police but they said it is a civil matter.
They damaged many items, and door jams in my home. Never assembled half of my furniture and when they gouged my bamboo floors he just laughed and said”a little sand paper would take care of that!”
The broker they sent to my home even drove a truck who’s DOT number is inactive!
Fraudulent business practice all the way around.
I have documentation to prove beyond ANY doubt that everything stated here is true.
I am sure there are good companies out there but this is definitely NOT me of them!
I have tried to rectify this with both companies. Allegiance says “you shoulda read your contract “ and Mayfield is not responding at all.

It was a great experience with allegiance Van lines they packed everything for me nothing was broken it was a terrific move they made a simple for me it was great all around

Me and my family moved from Fort Lauderdale to Queens New York. Allegiance Van Lines was with us from start to finish. They picked us up in Fort lauderdale. Omar was great! We were treated like family from the beginning. We had a small problem in North Carolina. The weather was terrible! But they got our stuff up to New York with no problems.

Having moved several times I know what to expect. These guys went above and beyond the average mover I’ve dealt with over the years. John, Anthony and crew were with me the entire way and handle my Concerns the entire way. Eddie and Omar were on my move and moved pretty quickly and took care of all the packing and wrapping. Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier crew and they got to me pretty quick. Thankfully. I’ll use them again if needed.

I hired Allegiance Van Lines to help move my things from California to Ohio. I explained that the majority of my things were in the garage and attic and that I had not lived at the pickup location for some time. They first estimated my things to take up a 22 ft truck but then they called back after I had booked the service to bring out a 26ft truck so that I would be able to get all of my things. They gave me a binding estimate that would not exceed a certain amount. They promised in writing if my move was less than a 26ft truckload, I would only pay for the space that I used. They also promised in writing that they would have the same crew and truck at pickup and delivery. At the time of my pickup date 7/9/21, their DOT# 3507074 appears to not have been active so they may not have been authorized to move my things. It also appears that they have operated under a different DOT# 3585389 which is currently inactive

On 7/9, 4 movers arrived 4 hours late at 4 pm in a 26ft U-Haul truck. The movers hastily moved my things and were not careful in packing and protecting my furniture and they scratched the hardwood floors because they did not put any protection down while moving the heavy pieces.. They did not bring enough packing material, blankets, and shrink wrap. They filled the truck to look full so I had to leave behind items that I wanted to be moved. I was not given an inventory sheet and inspection of the condition of the furniture prior to loading or order service contract. I was promised a delivery date between7/13-7/15 but the truck was late and arrived on 7/24. On 7/24, a different driver, a different 26 ft Enterprise truck, and 2 different movers arrived. Allegiance Van Lines never alerted me about the repacking of my things and the change in the driver, truck, and crew prior to delivery. The 26ft Enterprise truck at delivery was only75% full and many items were damaged or broken beyond repair. I was not given a bill of lading nor and an inventory sheet to check off my items as the truck left quickly before we could finalize anything. Allegiance Van Lines demanded last payment upfront before opening truck and unloading. I paid $11,220.81 for a full 26ft truck load but my things only occupied 75% of the truck.

In my opinion, their service was deceptive and a bait and switch scam where they padded the original truck to look like it was full and when my things were moved to a different truck of the same size the actual space my things occupied was less, so I overpaid them. I am also looking for help to get reimbursed for my damaged pieces. I was not offered a form to give my preference on insurance for my move. They did not provide me with their process to submit a claim for my damaged pieces. I have tried to reach out to them several times but have only received rude emails and texts. They are unwilling to help me or come to a resolution.
