Our move went very smoothly!!
Not only did they move me without any hassles, they helped me remove all the extra trash I had and trust it was a ton! I am extremely grateful for all their help and would gladly recommend you to anyone else.
great move.
I thought that getting a moving company was unnecessary but you know, happy wife, happy life. I hired this company and it turned out to be a great move.

Allegiance van lines is great company
Allegiance van lines were great and assisted me exactly the way they said they would.
Don't trust good reviews. Scammers
Scammers to say the least. Do not wire them money. You can't get your money back. Somebody I know used this company and paid down to what they thought was locking in a price. 5 days before the move they doubled the price. They are below dirt. Definately do not ever do business with the. August 21st they want further information from me to discuss. I wouldn't give scammers my information. They give back the money and we can discuss.
They moved me from Georgia to Florida
They moved me from Georgia to Florida, no issues, nothing broken, honored original price, didn't mess up any door jambs. No complaints.

Nightmare
We used this company for a move from Parkland,FL to Dallas, TX in Sep 22. This was my third cross country move and by far the least professional in every way. I will certainly not recommend this company at all.
We hired them for a “white gloved move“.They had done an in person inspection for an estimate. On the day of the move, their charges were more than 60% of the initial quote; classic low balling / bait and switch. We were in the thick of the move and couldn’t back out but were hoping for a professional service. We were sadly mistaken.
There was no list of items presented at the time of delivery and there was no cross checking. Items arrived crammed and broken in a rental truck and when we sent them pictures , we were told that the truck was packed well. They never owned up to their shortcomings and repeatedly kept mentioning in communications about how good they were, perhaps hoping for something untrue to become true after repeating it multiple times. Several items were missing, multiple items damaged/ broken and they did not keep their contractual obligation of unpacking , reassembling and hauling debris from the delivery site. In addition, we have not heard from them back about how they plan to rectify the situation despite several attempts. They alleged over the phone after the delivery truck arrived that they had outsourced our move to a different company and hence were absolved. We were not notified of this until the truck with the damaged goods arrived.
Please read their reviews on Yelp. They are not BBB accredited. I wish I had done more vetting prior to using them.
I would suggest that any customer planning to use a moving company look up DOT website for some telltale signs of a scam operation.Making low ball offers after in person estimate , arriving in trucks that are not owned by the company ( an enterprise truck was used to deliver our goods and a budget rental picked them), using payment methods like Venmo / Zelle and not credit cards are some of the things this company did, that are in keeping with less than optimal business practices. Interestingly, they also kept changing the numbers they would text from.Any suspicious business operation can be reported to DOT via their website. Please report companies that have been unprofessional in their dealings with you.
Please be very careful. Moving is a stressful time and I hope none of you goes through the limbo we went through with them.
Steer clear of this scam of a company!
TLDR: I could not recommend this company ANY LESS. Do yourself a favor and chose another mover. They will be the most responsive and helpful people up until the point that you pay, and then they will contract out your work and disappear, leaving you to deal with multiple other companies that you did not hire, coordinate every aspect of the move between subcontractors who don't communicate to each other, make multiple unjustifiable extra payments. In the end, your items will arrive broken, and they will take no responsibility, and make you go though a moving claims company that is just as illegitimate as they are (look up movingclaims.net).
I chose to hire Allegiance Van Lines for my move from Texas to New York after another mover canceled my move. They seemed like a legitimate, small business who would take ownership of the work. I specifically wanted to work with a carrier, rather than a broker, to avoid miscommunication, extra charges, and finger pointing if anything went wrong. I got the exact opposite. This leaves me to think that all the positive reviews on here are fake, particularly since Allegiance responds to negative ones by gaslighting the reviewer, instead of actually addressing any issues.
Here's a breakdown of my move:
Anthony guaranteed Allegiance Van Lines were the carrier, and a "family-owned business", not a broker, yet my items were transferred between three moving companies: Allegiance Van lines, Panthers Moving and Storage (who initially refused to provide their name when I asked multiple times while coordinating with them), and a third mover who did not provide their company name but who was contracted by Panthers and arrived alone in an unmarked U-Haul. Throughout the entire move, Anthony and his team at Allegiance did not respond to any of my calls or texts. Note that he was calling me and texting me incessantly before I made my payment.
Throughout the move, over $700 in additional payments were required:
-$120 at pickup for a long-carry fee that wasn't disclosed, and for additional space on the truck, even though I had actually removed items from the initial list, at Anthony's request to stay within budget.
-$320 after my items were already loaded onto their trucks to "transfer trucks" to enter Manhattan. Even though I had specifically given the delivery address and included it in the estimate, they waited until my items were on their truck, and then threatened to drop them off in Jersey City and store them at my own expense if I didn't make the payment.
-$220 at drop off for another long carry fee, and for having to make a second delivery. The second delivery was required because they arrives outside the window of time that my building allows, which I had provided to them in writing.
Throughout this whole process, one person from Allegiance named Frankie responded to my many calls only ONCE and claimed that all the additional payments were included in the contract. When I asked for a copy of the contract, Anthony sent me an email with a new Binding Estimate hat had a bunch of new stipulations that weren't in the initial estimate I received and agreed to. I sent back all my documents and noted the discrepancies. No response.
After all these issues, when my items finally arrived, many of them showed significant damages including: broken dining chair, broken armchair, scratched bed frames and broken bed drawers (cracked, missing wheels, missing screws), damaged TV stand, and broken desk (i.e. over 50% of my items were damaged).
I reached out to Anthony to try to resolve these issues after the move. He ignored every complaint except the one about the broken furniture, and just told me to coordinate with Panthers, who referred me to Moving Claims. Once I looked into Movingclaims.net, it was obvious that no real resolution would be found. At this point, it's not about the money; it's clear no one from this company will take responsibility for anything that happened. I just want to steer anyone clear of this company to help them avoid such a terrible experience.
Have used them three times, will use them again
This crew at Allegiance has moved me three times in the past decade. We have used them for 2 business moves and 1 home move. I was thrilled with the service every time. Everything was handled carefully, wrapped well and protected fully. I was impressed by how respectful the whole team was, as well. As a widow, when they did my last move, emotions were running high as they moved my office. The whole team waited to move things until I felt okay and each one offered to get me water or in some other way help me. I will use them again for my next move, without a doubt or hesitation.
Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch. The one-star ratings are correct.
We hired this highly rated company for a partial move from Los Angeles to California. They sent a sub-par subcontractor, Best Moving Van Lines, with at least 75 percent horrible, one-star reviews to do the move. (They should be zero stars.) It was a classic "bait and switch." We were moving less than 30 items in all, including one very expensive queen-size mattress. The mattress was put on the truck but "lost" during the move. There are dozens of similar reviews of "Best Moving" online: items "lost," items broken, delivery dates not met, etc. Allegiance refuses to take responsibility for our "lost" mattress, because they "didn't actually do the move." The subcontractor they hired will not answer phone calls. Allegiance subcontracted "Best Moving" without taking 2 minutes to check them out. Allegiance sent Best Moving to do their job. Allegiance took our money. Not only were we overcharged by at least 25 percent, based on volume, but we ended up losing a $2,700 mattress. Avoid Allegiance at all costs. They're unprofessional and unresponsive. And you never know who they will send to do the job. You will end up paying for Allegiance's neglect and mistakes.
PS: A quote from their email: "Next time you should take charge. Never sign something that you know nothing about. This is why it's simply emailed out and signed at the consumers (sic) own leisure. Audit trials (sic) and all are provided on all signed documented legal binding paperwork." In other words, it's our fault they sent a horrible company to do the move. We should have known!

AWFUL
AWFUL. They sent me higher invoices after they loaded the truck, even after I told them I sold my Living Room set to be sure I used less space than they estimated. They promised delivery 4 times, then they didn't show up without explanation. The sales guy Mike will lie just to get your business, then send you higher invoices to sign. Will the operations guy is just as bad, never following they to fix anything. A 'Veteran Owned' company should be better, Allegiance Van Lines continues to fail my family. I still don't have my stuff 3 weeks after I gave them a delivery address. Will emailed me and said he thought they were doing great. Clueless. Not helpful
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. Please see their bot reviews on here, and filter by ‘newest’ on Google. The only reason they have a high star-rating is from bot reviews. Read their real, human reviews and you’ll quickly see a pattern of scamming, hostage, bait-and-switch, and brokering.
A) they’re not the ones doing the move and refuse to tell you who they contract with to do the actual move
B) they provide you a cheap quote then bait-and-switch you with fine print in the contract (Despite having us send them pictures of everything we needed moved “to calculate an accurate estimate”, the fine print reads they’ll charge by cubic foot. We calculated, and it was $5k+ more than the quote. Many other reviews and formal complaints state they same, and/or state they go by weight but refuse to show the customer the scale).
C) many bad reviews on BBB (B- rating, non-accredited) and FMCSA.dot.gov (where they have 8-15 formal Federal complaints, which may not seem like a lot but other companies of their same fleet size have ZERO)
STAY AWAY!
02 Men Army were a credit to the company!
Saying that Jonathan and Butler were a credit to the company. Helpful, jolly, and professional in every way. Not only excellent service but thoughtful as well. Helped with storage decisions and was a delight to deal with from beginning to end.
