I had no idea online notaries existed…
I had no idea you could use a notary service online. This was simple, fast and more affordable than in person. I've already told a host of people and I just used the service hours ago. Nothing to think about, just use them

BAD AT SCHEDULING BUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I chose their services because I needed to get a certain documentation notarized immediately , I booked an appointment online 2 days ahead of the said date with a specific time , 30 minutes to the time while I was on my way to the lawyer’s office, I received an email from the lawyer stating that he won’t be available for the said time and he asked me to cancel my appointment . It’s was such a huge hassle because I needed it badly but thankfully I called customer service and the person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and switched my appointment to somewhere else and the Lawyer as well wasted no time and got my document notarized immediately. Would I use their services again in the future ……… MAYBE they just need to fix their website and make sure they give the right available time and BE COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO GIVE AMPLE TIME FOR CANCELLATIONS.
