We build our house with Allam in 2022. In early December 2024, we decided to sell the house. The buyer ordered a independent property inspection in which some issues were identified with the balcony. I contacted Allam and they immediately assigned their Maintenance Manager for inspection. Having agreed with the defect, the maintenance manager showed great professionalism and ensured all remedial works were completed prior to property settlement. This shows the great customer service Allam have and not a company who have no customer service post sales.

The process was easy no dramas the house satisfied our needs just waiting for the build to be completed.

Ray and Murray from Allam Homes were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our home in Tullimbar. Ray Enriquez answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable and secure throughout the purchasing process. He showed us the home and talked us through the entire process which was very reassuring, especially for my husband and I who were first home buyers purchasing a home with my parents. Murray White walked us through the home before settlement and he was great at explaining the construction, how to maintain the home and answered all of our questions about the construction/maintenance of the property. Our Allam home is beautiful and we absolutely love it. We can’t thank Ray and Murray enough for helping us secure this amazing home.

We had a great experience buying with Allam. Any issues we have had with the home have been rectified in a professional and timely manner. Andrew was great during the purchase of our home and provided excellent customer service throughout. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Alison with the maintenance team has been amazing assisting with any issues that have arose with our home, from organising various trades to re-attend to providing quick and professional customer service. The maintenance manager Graeme has been another great person to engage with, he has been more than helpful with assisting with defects in the home and always provides a friendly and professional service. The trades that have attended our home to rectify any issues have always been courteous and professional from the plumbers and painters to Mark and the Wideline guys. Finally, our site Manager Wayne was also great, he took the time to give us a thorough run down of our home and also assisted with defects early on in the settlement process. I've owned my home for 18 months, and during that time, I've had to reach out a few times for minor issues. Each time, the team has been fantastic about addressing the concerns. The maintenance representative who comes out is always a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. I've been really impressed with the level of service.

I had the pleasure of having Ray Ellul inspect my home during the 90-day period, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Ray is a true professional who always showed up on time and tackled every detail with incredible precision. He not only found even the smallest defects but made sure they were fixed properly. The day we turned up unannounced the sales consultant Lisa was very busy. But she still fit us in (twice) and worked around it. She made viewing etc extremely easy. Even let our dogs park outside the office. Lisa explained everything so well we purchased there and then. Well done Lisa and Allam team.

What a great team ALLAM have. From Lisa in sales when we first looked here, to Brendan our manager and cannot believe how prompt replies to our queries are. Alison is exceptional with her service and just had the Manager Tony here to check something for us, what a great guy.
