I have been rent cars since 2015 I never get excellent service till I rented from Al Fanous car. I booked online via what’s up I got confirmation right the way then a message the day before I have arrived. Easy process to pick ur car. I would like to thank again all company employees for the greatest service.

Renting a car from AL Fanous was the best decision I made. The quality of communication and speed is amazing and showing pictures of the cars that they have made it easier to pick and finally arriving to Morocco, someone there to greet you and show you the car was so simple. I definitely recommend renting a car from them if you ever go to Morocco. Customer service is top Notch and the communication level is professional.

I have repeatedly rented cars from this agency, I like the flexibility and convenience, two times they brought my car to a different address and airport and picked it up from the same. They have the most affordable, clean, and newer cars. Will always call and reserve before landing in Morocco.

The worst customer service falls adv big scammers I rented a vehicle from the for 2 months and at the end of my contacts I get the worst treatment not recommended agency I wish everyone boycott them

Résidant en France, j’avais quelques appréhensions avant la réservation, mais tout s’est déroulé de manière parfaite du début à la fin.

La communication a été claire et professionnelle, les conditions bien expliquées et respectées. Le véhicule était propre, récent et en très bon état à la prise en charge. Aucun frais caché, tout était conforme à ce qui avait été convenu.

Le personnel est sérieux, ponctuel et très accueillant, ce qui met tout de suite en confiance. La restitution du véhicule s’est faite rapidement et sans aucune difficulté.

Je recommande vivement cette agence, notamment aux Marocains résidant à l’étranger, et je n’hésiterai pas à refaire appel à leurs services lors de mes prochains séjours au Maroc.

Top al fanous car

The best place to rent a car in Casablanca, very affordable and very reliable cars. The car was good didn’t give any problems. The AC was good n very high. Anything I need I just reach out and they reply in less then 5 minute. Book your car here if you want no problems with cars and any other problem. They pick me up at the airport for free and drop me off for free. The office is right next to the airport too.

Service impeccable avec toute l'équipe soit à distance soit les gens qui livre les voitures vraiment très bon service j'ai eu ma voiture au temps même avant j'ai trouvé le monsieur m'attendre à côté de l'aéroport.

حذاري حذاري من تلاعب الشخص المدعو عبد الواحد أبو يوسف صيف 2025 أول تعاملي مع هذا الشخص وكانت أسوأ تجربة في مجال كراء السيارات بحيث اتفقت معه على كراء سيارة داسيا دوستر موديل 2024 لمدة 40 يوما حسب الموقع والصور تتوفر الشركة على 4 أو 5 منها أخبرني بتمن الكراء اليومي ثم إجمالي 40 يوم وافقت بدون مجادلة لأن التمن كان منطقي أرسلت له الوثائق المطلوبة فبعث لي توصيل الحجز الذي كان دائما يقول لي إنه مضمون كنت كلما اقترب الوقت أذكره بالموعد وكالعادة يرد بعبارات الترحيب المصطنعة في يوم وصولي للدار البيضاء المفروض الشخص المدعو صلاح يكون في انتضاري بالسيارة لكنه لم يأتيني إلا بعد مرور ساعة من الزمن وبدون سيارة قائلا أن سيارتي غير متوفرة حاليا ويريدني أن أسطحبه أنا وزوجتي وأبنائي وأبع حقائب حجم كبير إلى الدار البيضاء ليعطيني بديل للدوستر وهي عبارة عن سيارة أصغر بكثير من المتفق عليها عندما اتصلت بالسيد المسؤول لايرد على الهاتف ومما زاد الطين بلة أن السائق أخبرني أن المسؤول لو أجابك سيقول لك نفس ما فلته لك .فما كان بيدي إلا أن اتصلت بشخص سبق وأن اكتريت منه من قبل فأحضر لي سيارة بحجم الدوستر أوفت بالغرض عوض قضاء اللية بالفندق أو الرضوخ لمطامع أبو يوسف الذي غالبا ما اكتراها لشخص أخر دفع أكثر . حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
