Super happy with my purchase, the wedding set is gorgeous. It came in just under two weeks.

First time ordering jewelry online but Alder's site made it easy with detailed measurements. Checkout process was quick with guest option. Email confirmation came instantly with tracking link. Had a question about metal type - customer service responded in 20 minutes. Delivery was on time and packaging was secure. Ring exceeds expectations - sparkles brilliantly and fits comfortably! Bought as a gym alternative but wear it everywhere now. Three friends have ordered after seeing mine.

Purchased 3 rings but never received them after called my bank for fraudulent. Finally, received the ring more than a month later, end up they shipped wrong ring and the sizes are too big. I sent them email 4 times to exchanged the rings, but never heard them back. I can't wear any of those rings I ordered from this company. Very bad customer service.

As an elementary school teacher, I'm constantly washing paint and glue off my hands. My Alder ring has survived a full school year and still looks brand new! The sparkle is gorgeous and I've received countless compliments from parents and staff.

Three weeks and counting and I have not recieved my order.

It was an horrible experience. Their website is a bunch of lies. I received my order after more than a month, and I wrote to the customer service twice in the mean time. The order was incorrect. I wrote countless mails to ask for a return. They finally responded and told me to send it back to their warehouse in England. And I just got notify that they refused my package, and let me tell you that the postal fees weren’t cheap. I’m so disappointed and frustrated.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
Will not respond to emails! you never sent tracking information! never received my purchase! I had to put in a fraud claim!

Aghhh I fell for it as well. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received tracking number or anything. I sent them an email and they responded that they are taking “a little longer than expected” but almost a month later, they haven’t shipped anything. Fortunately I just ordered one ring and not the 3 I wanted.

I bought a bridal set in January and, I have not received any tracking details or communication from them regarding my order. I emailed them and I also sent them a DM on Instagram.

I will have to dispute with my bank, I planned an amazing proposal for my girl and had to find other ways because of this devious company. Don't waste your money or time.

I participated in one of their offer sales and brought 3 rings I was going to give to my best friends as Valentine's Days gift. They were supposed to be shipped within 2 - 3 working days but we're now the 20th Feb and nothing has been sent. I received an email confirming the order and the money went straight from my account however the order shows as unfulfilled on their website. Contacted them via email and their contact form online numerous times but haven't heard a thing. Raised a complaint with my bank as a result. Wish I'd checked here first. TLDR - took my money, failed to send, never responds to emails or contact AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed an order 12/2/25, and haven’t received any updates on the progress yet!! I’ve emailed them countless times, and no replies!!

I ordered a month ago but never received an email confirmation. I reached out to them, but they never responded. They seem legitimate due to their Instagram profile, well-designed website, and social media ads. However, don’t be fooled—if the price looks too good to be true, it probably is!

Same as many other purchasers. Never received the ring and even though I have contacted them on numerous occasions I have only received 2 reply’s which look like they are AI generated. Didn’t give me any indication as to when I would receive the ring. Avoid !!!!!!

Nothing shows up despite numerous attempts to contact them, total scam. Use objkts instead

My jewelry ordered tarnished and when I attempted to contact customer service I was not answered.

The ring looks nice from afar, but is clearly cheaply made. It’s a 6-prong solitaire, and the prongs are not evenly spaced around the stone. It will do as my “travel ring” but I wouldn’t recommend for anything more sentimental than costume jewelry. I also received a set of earrings “for free” as part of a 2-for-1 deal: the part that goes into my ear is so thick that it’s painful to insert, and I also started feeling itchy immediately (so they’re not hypoallergenic). Sadly I won’t be able to wear them and will give them away.

TLDR: I got what I paid for: I paid “on sale” pricing around Black Friday, but I have a suspicion that that claim is nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic. The fact that they’re constantly having a sale is a red flag.
