If I can put a zero I would! The products are HORRIBLE and obviously overpriced for the quality, not even the 1$ SHEIN jewelry fades that fast. I wore the ring for 1 DAY!! And the gold color went away, I WAS SHOCKED! Also, noone responded to my email! I emailed them since they claim to have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, which made me purchase it since my money wouldnt go to waste but noone ever responded the the emails I sent! In addition to that, the sizings of the rings were so wrong! I ordered 3 rings and the sizings dont make sense none are proper. I am super disappointed. ☹️

I honestly wouldn’t waste your time with this business. Rings come in bubble wrap there’s no ring boxes or certificate saying that it’s maisonette they are missing leading and they also don’t respond to customer query’s this business is fraud and needs to be reported

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Cheap ring, shipped from China and came loose in a shipping envelope. Was charged additional $39 on top of the ring price. Unresponsive to return the product or answer questions. AVOID!! Scam!

Wrong size and unresponsive on replacing or refund. Would not recommend!

Ordered multiple pieces in January. Never received items and the tracking information provided never had any updates. Emailed multiple times and they simply stopped responding to my emails.

Submitted a charge back in April which they responded to in May, falsely accusing me of not having reached out to them directly, nor responding to their multiple attempts at communications and advising the items were still on their way and within the delivery period. 4 months feels a lot longer than 15 business days!

I placed and order of two rings and when the the delivery was made there was only one ring shipped. The packaging was awful the ring was not in no type of box. The was wrapped in in bubble wrap and in a ziplock bag. There was also a second payment taken out of my account as well.

Where do I start... I would give 0 stars if it was an option!
- They say they have over 10,000 happy customers and 5 star reviews which I find VERY hard to believe.
- First of all this is a dropshipping website and all stock gets sent directly to you from China.
- Ignore the processing/shipping estimates on their website as they aren't accurate one bit.
- Says you will get it in a jewellery box when in reality it comes in bubblewrap.
- They advertise that you can cancel/recall your order but when I tried to do this they didn't let me do it.
- They state they do 'Hassle free returns' and to get in contact for a returns address. Well I've been chasing for this for over 2 weeks with no response.
- They advertise a 4.2/5 trustpilot rating across 6244 reviews when Trustpilot says 3.3 with 100 reviews.

You get my drift!!

Nice website, branding and marketing but an awful company to deal with who make false claims on their website and dont respond!!!

Avoid at all costs, save your money and buy directly from the likes of DHGate / Aliexpress etc

My ring arrived within 16 days of ordering. It is stunning and am really happy with it.

While people i see have complained about their rings from here. I was getting really nervous that it would look awful. But it's exactly as pictured.

For reference I ordered the Anna ring set. Sizing and looks were spot on.

First, my order didn’t ship until I got the sellers attention a week after I placed the order! Mind you the site says shipping is 1-3 bus days after ordering. This is shipping from china so I didn’t get the ring until 3 weeks after I ordered it. When I finally did receive it, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap! The ring looks tarnished and the “diamonds” have no luster whatsoever. Sent the seller multiple emails and they will not respond. Do NOT buy from this seller! Unreliable, cheap products and zero customer service!

Rings arrived in plastic bag, both gold but different colour so don’t match when worn together.

Cheaper than anything bought of the Chinese market. Absolute disappointment, it’s NOT REAL moissanite, just glass stone. The band is made so cheaply that it has indentations on all sides. Could probably find a better quality ring on Etsy.

DOESN'T REPLY TO EMAILS. NOT RECIEIVED GOODS FROM THEM HAVE REPORTED TO FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM. ALSO INFORMED BANK CARD TO TAKE ACTION TO GET MONIES BACK.

AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I wish I could give it a 0. I had ordered 3 rings out if which one does not even match the description. I got the rings in a cheap bubble wrap. There was no box or polish cloth or warranty card as shown on there website. I have sent them 3 mail in the past one week from when I receive the products but no response.
This is really deceiving.

The ring definitely looks cheap and cannot be claimed as a diamond replacement! It is not at all graceful. The ring didn't even come in a box as was mentioned on the website. I have tried to contact them twice but I haven't received any response.

Dear customer care, if you are reading this. Kindly either give me money back or replace it with the ring style that I mentioned in my contact form.

Complete and utter rubbish! Don’t waste your $ folks. My so called ‘Stunning’ ring arrived in a Temu type bubble envelope with NO box and NO paperwork. The ring looks like something from Wish or AliExpress and is WAY TO BIG. Absolutely gutted with this piece of junk jewellery. Never again Alder Jewlers. Disgusting service too as no reply to my emails.

It took over 1 month for the product arrive. They advertise you are purchasing a real moisanite stone, sterling silver/18k gold plated piece of jewellery however the ring has no certificate of authenticity. Real moissanite will always come with a certificate. The box that it comes in is kind of cool as it come with a light that illuminates the ring when opened however it smells horribly like cheap plastic. Overall the looks decent however is clearly not what is advertised on the site.

Absolute SCAM! I purchased 2 rings which were the wrong size and tacky material, not to mention they took over a month to arrive. I emailed 10+ times for a return address, I sent back tracked and sent them the tracking code as requested and never recieved a refund! Despite multiple emails to chase. Appalling service and thieves! In the process of making a fraud claim.
