Never recommend Alba Cars to any of my contacts service is so poor .A genuine customer will feel the same what I personally experienced. I was interested in a Nissan Patrol paid a booking amount of AED 5000/- after making the payment.Sales man literally picks up a trump card and says you have two options one is you have booked the card this amount is for reserving the car but no guarantee if any one comes with cash we will give the car to them.Next option this is confirmed booking you will not get a refund if bank deal is rejected then you will end by loosing this money.

Downpayment if you are paying by credit card then there is a catch they will try to take 3.5% credit card charges which is illegal when I said give me in writing manager agreed to waive it off.

Cashier is another ridiculous guy who has no clue of customer service arogant and when i asked him politely a customer is infront of you for more than 10 minutes and you are doing nothing .Cant you ask them why he is waiting for and he says I was aware calling us by our name.Then he claims he was working on something but in reality just was staring at the screen without acknowledging the customer.

Bank approaval from Emirates Islamic Bank came they were not trusting the bank and want money before delivery of the car even after Bank Manager spoke .At the time of vehicle delivery one only key was handedover and when asked for the second key they claim vehicle came with only one key .

Totally irresponsible sales team disappointnment the same accounts guy was the man who was texting giving directions as though as a customer I owe him something .This is a show off used card dealer and not at all customer friendly .First phase finance guy has to be terminated or should be placed in some other area not in the front line.

Easy and smooth purchase of a GLE 43. Straight forward and simple process from my initial discussion with Osman through to collecting the car with Moiz. Great service and happy with the car.

I recently purchased a second-hand car from Alabacars, and my sales experience was quite positive. They took care of the wrapping and CarPlay installation for an additional fee, which I appreciated. It did take nearly two weeks to receive the car as they performed extra checks, but I was glad they were thorough.

However, on the day of pickup, I noticed that the wrapping on the side mirror was peeling. They asked me to return the next day, and it was fixed promptly. Unfortunately, I then experienced issues with the CarPlay disconnecting every couple of minutes. After sending a video for support, they requested I bring the car back again. A few hours later, they identified it as a settings issue. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but the team was responsive in addressing my concerns.

We bought a car with them 10 months ago including an additional warranty package for > 5.000 AED.
We experienced electronic problems and from the very beginning suspension issues. When we collected the car it even had a FLAT TIRE!
The aftersales department is very friendly but NOTHING is done up front and NOTHING is done from a service point of view.

I do not recommend them for both used or new cara i have bought a new car alot of delays with the handover and then they claim problems with some sensor and then handed over the car with the same problem with a sensor and never admitted even had a problem with wheels and again the car was brand new and they never admit getting a service or solving the problem they are very bad so do not recommend at all

Never buy a car from this company! As an ex-pat, I was advised to purchase from them, and it has been the worst experience. The car was sold to me faulty and has been in the garage every month since I bought it—a total of 61 days out of 6 months. It has been a nightmare, causing significant inconvenience and expense. I am still dealing with more issues. They won't give me a refund or exchange

Bought an Audi from Alba with cash under promise I would receive it in working order within a few days, I did not for around 6 months. Post that it never went 3-4 months without an (expensive) issue. They, on contract, promised to fix the judder issue, they did not- cost me 6,000 dhs. A number of other issues cost me over 7,000 Dhs... both times under their expensive "gold warranty" coverage. All issue which I made them aware of in first few days of driving which again under contract they promised to fix. - Air con, judder, tyres, electronic issues.

Now under 2 years later and weeks of lost time, stress etc I sold the car with failures throughout for well under half purchase price. No compensations for crazy number of taxis, time wasted etc. To add, they glued the glove box on, lied about accident history and gave me a popped spare tyre, sums them up quite well.
