Cannot recommend them enough ! Always so happy and polite over the phone ! Will always let you know if there any deals on anything You order to try and get you the most for your money ! The delivery is amazing and the lady is so kind !! Just wish they would deliver to Southport more than just a Thursday :(! But overall such a lovely helpful team ! Xxxx

Tried to search certain products i use ..gave up
Tried to search products on the website..got very frustrating as can not seem to find the search bar ..to type in what im looking for, went on 'hair' box ...still couldnt navigate through it all to find what i was looking
Left the page gave up.
Bring back the old web site never used to be like this 😪

I cannot recommend Alan Howard at Hackenthorpe enough. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond to help the customers out. They have recently donated a number of hair care gift packs to my sons school to help raise funds for the school, this was a very kind and generous gesture. All the team at this branch are very knowledgeable in the hair products/ tools and equipment they retail, and can advise well, (I cant comment about the beauty knowledge as that's not my field), however im sure they are able to answer questions and/or offer advice in that area too.
Keep up the great work and welcoming atmosphere everyone at Alan Howard - Hackenthorp Team!!
