I put an order in to Alakazam Magic on Dec 4, 2024. I kept checking my order and it said it was not “FULFILLED” I went on the Chat and left a message! Chris Got back to me and told me my order fell through the cracks and was NOT SENT OUT! He quickly sent the order out to me (Dec16) He apologized and sent my order over night and I received it on Dec 24, 2024! He also included some great tricks in my order! Thanks Chris, YOUR THE BEST!

Great quality on your products. Great diversity on your products. Good prices.
If Peter Nardi adds suggestions to the instructions I can bet there is something I need to pay attention to and consider in my performance.
I also like the feeling I'm dealing with a family business.

Great product from a great company! Thanks for
Doing what you do!

Awesome price and fast service!!

Always helpful, great advice and speedy shipping!

Always excellent service and prompt delivery.

Alakazam is the very best magic shop anywhere. It’s my go to place for all things magic! I’ve yet to visit in person (can’t wait until I do), Their delivery times are second to none and their customer service is the very best there is. You are truly made to feel like a real member of the Alakafam! Keep on doing what you do, you’re the best!

Great experience overall. Delivery was lightning fast and reasonably priced, and online materials were available immediately even while I waited for the delivery of physical products. The physical products were excellent quality and reasonably priced. Have already ordered twice from Alakazam and have a wishlist for future purchases.

Very Good place where to get all that you can imagine on Magic.

Always a pleasure buying magic from alakazam. Great service and first class products.

On November 30, I
ordered Craig Pettys Purse frame project, order #146273. It was supposed to be instant download, yet it's nowhere and I've not received any notification. Not a happy camper at the moment.

I discovered Alakazam Magic in October and have already placed three orders. The items they carry and create are top-notch. The videos that you receive with your items are so thorough. After placing a couple of my orders, I received a call from Harry to say "Thanks!" and had a lovely chat. I also received a call from Chris at the US Location the other day. I've received prompt responses to any questions from Chris (on Chat) and Andrew (in email). BTW, if you haven't joined UNLIMITED yet you are missing out. It's unbelievable how much magic is available for such a small monthly fee! What a great crew!! I'm so proud to be a part of the AlakaFam! BRAVO

Quality products, quick delivery and knowledgeable and helpful team.

They have a nice diversity of products… the customer service is fantastic. Also, they pack the effects really well, instructionals are tops.

Brilliant service from Alakazam as usual Placed my order at 3.30pm on Friday and it arrived at my home 1pm the following day. Less than 24 hours, very impressive.

Great service from taking the order to despatch. Alakazam never fail to impress - they are prospering and deserve to do so.

The company does a great job. The magic download I purchased is virtually unusable. The best angle for the spectator to watch the magic from is over my shoulder, unfortunately I am 6’3” so finding a crowd or persons tall enough to see what I am doing is close to impossible. Although I would not recommend the magic I purchased, I would recommend Alakazam Magic as they do a very professional service.
