Alakazam Magic Shop Omdömen

Great Service and fast shipping. Never a problem and always fun !!!

Promt shipping. Great service.

The products are great. The tutorials are perfect. And, support is wonderful. (Kudos to Chris).

I love all of the products that Alakazam Magic Shop carries and sells to the community. The tutorials are high quality and simple to follow. Alakazam sells tried and trusted products so I have never bought something I did not like or wanted to return.

I have recently got back into magic after a long break, I used to entertain my grandchildren with tricks but when they grew up, they lost interest. Now they have children and I've been getting some new tricks so I can entertain the great-grandchildren.
Alakazam have customer service second to none in my opinion, a couple of the items I purchased had a problem, on packet trick had one of its card missing so I emailed Alakazam yesterday, and today I got a message to say a replacement had been sent out. This is amazing customer service.

Fast service, no tax, no duty charges to Canada

Easy and quick

After several years resident in the USA, now returned to the UK, as before, Alakazam was my first choice of dealer. I'm delighted to say that the service is as good as ever! Everything a magic dealer should be and the standard to aim for for other dealers!

Very good prices, they solved every issue I had multiple times, overall great guys

My order was completed and in the mail before I could say "Alakazam"..... aweswome. Your tutorials are just great, you make it look easy Pete! practice is the key. On our next trip back to England will certainly make an effort to visit your store

Fast delivery, great selection, high quality products

Always friendly and personal, in a good way.

Purchased items from Alakazam for 15 years never lost or not received a package.Very reliable company they are all magicians who know the business of trickery on a professional level That product knowledge is second to none.

Waited a long while for the sharpie thru card effect that was promised to be back, and low and behold it is back, as promised. Greatful for this item and for Alakazam being persistently with recognizing a great product. Thank you

I've only ever bought online from Alakazam and the service you receive is outstanding, the whole team are very helpful and knowledgeable in the products they stock and sell. I highly recommend them to anyone into magic whether you are a beginner or an expert.

Generally very good and all copacetic

Brilliant service friendly people, will give you 10/10, all day long.many thanks alakazam team.

I'm happy the way my purchase was packed very well and delivered in a timely manner. I'm always hesitant about purchases from a company for the first time. You've got my confidence for future purchases.

Alakazam magic personnel are amazing, both in UK and US. Any questions are answered almost instantly. Chris from the US warehouse communicates with me whenever something weird shows up, like a double order of the same item. Chris confirms with me that I meant to order two of the same thing, or not. If so, he gets them both shipped ASAP. If not, he initiates a refund for one item while he preps the other for shipping.

I bought some special elite coins from alakazam and one of the “special” coins was blemished. I recieved promt replies and service and the “special” coin was in the mail same day. Chris is a skilled magician and was great to chat with through the process.
