I received my order and I am more than happy! Allahumma Barik the material is amazing honestly really appreciate your services! From the continuous communication and consistency. Ensuring I was happy with the product and got exactly what I wanted. When the item i wanted was out of stock, I got kept up to date with when it’ll be back and notified when it was back. Super happy with my purchase alhamdulilah will definitely place more orders in the future Insha’Allah.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I selected Moroccan style thobes and placed an order however unfortunately they were out of stock. I was telephoned straight away and provided with alternatives with the team going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requirements as I was making multiple orders for a wedding. The order was then dispatched and arrived on time as promised. Even when I had further questions after I made my order, the team still went above and beyond to answer them. Again excellent service and would recommend highly!

The experience overall was great Alhamdulillah best thing was how quick the shipping was and they look great jazakallah khair

Brilliant customer service! I ordered a size too big and Al Layth immediately offered to send me an exchange - kept in contact the whole time and made sure to offer me the next best available product. The thobes itself are beautiful Masha'Allah and the quality is lovely. Would definitely recommend :)

From the very first message, it was a fast, exceptional and satisfactory experience. I was welcomed by Al Layth like a brother and I was catered for exactly what I needed. Once the product had arrived, Al Layth remained in contact and asked about the product and I can only mention positive reviews as the product was not only in mint condition but the material is beautiful and the colour is a lovely shade. I really cannot wait to wear this out, thanks to Al Layth!

Quality was amazing it came just before Jummah so I was happy and it’s measurements are accurate
