The quality of the shirt and shorts are superb. The colours are bright and vibrant making the kit stand out on the pitch.

I spoke to Chris with regards to improving some of the kit and this was well received and taken on board. (Not a deal breaker but I stated it would be nice if the shirt was 2 inches longer to cover the body armour when diving/stretching and making the shorts more tight in the legs and less baggy). The entire customer service has been above and beyond, I could not fault the staff or service received. The order arrived promptly and I was kept upto date as to when I’d receive it.

Overall this has been an extremely pleasant experience and I have already spoken to Chris about making a second order due to how good the customer service is and how pleasant and easy he made the experience with helping me along with how good the quality of the product is.

I've had Akuma kit for years via various hockey clubs I've been part of and it's always been good quality. I recently ordered from the club shop of the hockey club I recently joined and the skort I ordered was significantly bigger than anticipated and bigger than my previous kit despite my attempt to order the size I thought matched closest. I contacted Akuma to help me with sizing so I didn't make the same mistake twice, as there are variations in sizing between their ranges. Isabelle was super helpful, quick to respond and sorted me with a new skort that was a much better match to the size I needed and delivered quickly. Highly recommend Akuma for your kit needs!

When designing the netball dresses the whole process was very easy and everything was tailored to my exact needs for the dresses. I purchased 50 dresses for school with 2 sets of stick on positions. The postage and delivery was very quick and they keep you in the loop the whole time. Very impressed the whole process was so easy start to finish.
