Akuma tell customers when ordering to expect a 4 week wait for their items. Well I waited patiently for 4 weeks. Nothing came. So I contacted them only to be told they ‘missed’ my order.

You cannot accept an upfront payment for an order of over £200 and then just lose the order.  

It’s really mind boggling.  And to add insult to injury to also be told that the some of the items are no longer in stock, when they were in stock 5 weeks ago when I placed the order.  Really not happy. I can’t recommend this company at all.

1st rate experience. The team looked after us and provided excellent customer service. The kit looked brilliant and arrived in time for the fixture. Would recommend whole heartedly.

I ordered a custom rugby jersey for my boyfriend and honestly the whole experience was amazing! Both Ethan and Isabel were so helpful in making sure everything was perfect and to what I wanted. I was so picky about the little details and wanted it to be exactly like the mock up I had and Ethan was so helpful and patient with me in making sure my vision came to life I can’t thank you enough. The jersey its self is just perfect the quality and the attention to details are immaculate I’m very happy and can’t recommend enough!!!

I've recently purchased, some bespoke tops and hoodies from Akuma. The team have been fantastic at supporting with the order including helping with the design and sizing. Everyone I've spoken to have been really helpful.
Quality of the clothing is great too.

Although the staff is professional and engaging, project management and timeline consistency are ongoing concerns. Despite full upfront payment for a quoted four-week delivery, fulfilment schedules are frequently pushed back by up to two weeks with no compensation offered. While the final product is adequate, in my experience, it does not quite reach the standard set by Samurai products.

We asked for some custom tops for our Regional Team at Civil Service Netball Club, the team were very flexible with the design and the turnaround was extremely quick so the girls could wear them of their first match. Great design and great quality. Thank you Akuma, we would highly recommend.

Spoke/dealt with Tom to get us some strips in a rush for a tour, as we were let down by another supplier. The design was done in a day or two and they nailed it. Then Isabelle sorted the payment and dispatch in super quick time

Threw out the entire process of bespoke kit design they persevered threw all the changes and different design I wanted no complaints, no we can't offer that just straight into very clear with communication threw out will 100% be going with AKUMA again

They were very friendly and prompt with replies and were very cooperative through the whole design process and gave constant updates on the product
