Ich kann nur Positives berichten. Habe seit 2018 schon 5 Laptop Akkus bestellt. Liefen prima, der Letzte hatte jetzt nach 3 Monaten ein Problem mit der Ladesteuerung. Per Email Kontakt aufgenommen zwecks Reklamation. Reaktion erfolgte prompt binnen 24 Stunden und nach einer weiteren Email mit BIOS Diagnose Screenshots wurde umgehend ein Ersatzakku geliefert. Super Service, gute Preise und hochwertige Akkus.

I bought a battery for my HP Spectre…
I bought a battery for my HP Spectre x360 ac033ng notebook from the store. It arrived at my home after a few days. The installation of the battery and closure of the notebook was difficult because the cable connecting the battery to the notebook is longer than necessary and therefore protruded strangely. You don't have this problem with the original battery. I was also irritated that I received the CN03XL model instead of SH03XL, which would have been the exact same as the original one and the one i was looking for. The battery is working, but as said it‘s a different modell than said on there website and i had really trouble to squeeze the extended cable inside. Hope it didn‘t damage any other parts in the process.

Akku funktioniert nicht, Rückgabe wird nicht bearbeitet
Ich habe einen Akku für meinen Sony Vaio bestellt.
Der wurde durch den Vaio nicht erkannt.
Darauf habe ich eine RMA-Nummer für die Rücksendung angefordert. Erst hat man Beweise (Bilder, Videos) gefordert. Dann sollte ich noch mehrere Woche warten, da das Lager irgendwelche Probleme hat. Ich habe das nicht akzeptiert und eine Frist gesetzt bis ich diese RMA Nummer erhalte. Diese habe ich bis heute nicht und werde wohl auf meinem defekten Akku sitzen bleiben.
Ich werde nie wieder von dieser Firma bestellen.

Keine Rücknahme von Altbatterien
Jedes Geschäft in Deutschland, das Batterien oder Akkus verkauft, muss die (baugleichen) Altbatterien zurücknehmen und fachgerecht entsorgen.
Akkubuy entzieht sich dem und sagt lapidar: "Wir haben kein Rücknahmesystem."
Ich weiß nicht, warum die das dürfen oder ob die sich einfach nicht ans Gesetz halten, aber ich finde es schlicht eine Schweinerei!

In Deutschland gibt es Vorschriften, die Geschäfte, die Batterien oder Akkus verkaufen, dazu verpflichten, Altbatterien zu recyceln und fachgerecht zu entsorgen. Dies ist eine wichtige Maßnahme zum Schutz der Umwelt, zur Abfallreduzierung und zur Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung.
Wir sind besorgt darüber, dass die Akkubuy-Filialen kein Recyclingsystem eingerichtet haben. Wir werden uns umgehend mit dem Akkubuy-Shop in Verbindung setzen, um zu erfahren, warum dort kein Recyclingsystem eingerichtet wurde, und ihn dringend auffordern, die entsprechenden Vorschriften einzuhalten. Gleichzeitig werden wir auch mit den zuständigen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um herauszufinden, warum sie dies tun dürfen und ob es besondere Umstände oder Ausnahmen gibt.

Overall positive
Quick delivery and for the most part easy installation. However, the battery did not fit perfectly into my Razer Blade 15 (2021 Advanced Model) though. The screw pieces very slightly off so I had to use a decent amount of pressure to put the battery in place. Other than that all good, hope it's gonna last a few years.

Ich habe einen Akku für mein Acer Aspire bestellt. Die Bestellung kam bei mir an und wir hatten eine Fehler. Please get in touch with DHL once more and remind them to handle the products carefully because my package was placed on top of my mailbox and I live close to an open roadway.
I instructed them to put the item at my neighbor's restaurant, but they did the exact opposite.
