These are the worst quality extensions I've ever seen. I have seen barbies with better hair than the quality of extensions I received. I am sending them back for a refund however I am scared i will not receive a full refund due to the sketchy nature of the company. Ladies pay more more and get Bellami hair extensions, I ordered after i got my horrible extensions for airy and received my new amazing extensions the same week.

Don't ever buy these extensions their fake and will break if you try to bleach them! 1 I did not buy from you 8 times 2 the only reason I wrote a bad review it's because your hair is bad if it doesn't bleach when it clearly states that your hair can be bleached and that you can returned USED hair then you should really update you website so it isent full of lies :)

Worst Customer Service Ever. I asked to cancel an offer I had just placed the same day.
They cursed at me, called me names and refused to return my money until PayPal stepped in.

Airy hair is a great overall company, the hair is great and my tape ins last around 5-6 months, It takes about a month to come in though but that's because it takes longer to get the hair and get it perfect then ship it from China to the US. I love my airy hair and will most likely only be buying from here until the day i die.

They are quick to respond to an email but the answer I was given wasn’t correct, I had asked if the extensions can take dye and the response I got was about toning hair? After waiting for it to be shipped I’ve been given a tracking number. The tracking says it should take between 24/48 hours for the first update and it had been well over 48 hours before I got the first update and the tracking wasn’t very useful to follow. Also it seems to all be coming from China so I personally feel like it isn’t the safest of company’s to use from.

When it arrived I noticed straight away that it isn’t all the same colour, it looks a different colour at the top than the ends. I got 40 pieces for medium hair but I would say this wouldn’t even cover someone with thin hair. But the length I got was 20” and it definitely is the correct length with a little over, I guess to help when cutting it. I also got double drawn but I noticed that there is a lot of short pieces at the top sticking out. It is very soft but I haven’t washed it yet.

Also I noticed there is strands of black plastic and brown/red strands of hair. I noticed in reviews a lot of people saying about this issue and their response being it’s “lemons” but this seems too common to just be a few bad batches.

So I placed my order 22/04/19 it arrived 11/05/19 If you’re impatient I’d say best to try else where and with the quality, I wasn’t very impressed. So even though I was very hopeful about it, I’ve unfortunately been let down.

I’ll give an update on the hair once I’ve had it in for a few weeks.

The hair is okay.... The ends not okay.... so thin basiclly see through as my stylist said. Company sent me wrong color. I would like a refund but I know that will never happen. If you plan on buying this hair please get double drawn or it just looks awful. Wish I would have known..... Claire Willard.

The product is decent and I'm happy with it. My custom order of thin deep curl took longer than anticipated but I would reccomend the product just be patient if it's a special order. The deep curl is very curly so just an fyi. I have natural curly hair and I think I'll order deep wave next time.

Great extensions, I keep using Airy Hair and they have been the most consistant with quality.

Lasts me 4 to 5 months depending if I do extra toning which I am addicted to.

I still have yet to receive my tracking number.

Ich warte schon seit DREI MONATEN auf mein Paket. Wurde vom Kundenservice immer wieder vertröstet und zuletzt ignoriert. Mein Geld sehe ich wohl nicht wieder. Reine Abzocke!!

I am on my 5th or 6th batch of hair, been wearing them for a while now. I blow dry and add waves with a flat iron all the time and my airy hair extensions still last 3 to 4 months. They are glued/ taped, not temporary. I love them and highly recommend them!!! If you clip them in and aren't washing/blow drying almost every day, they'd probably last you a year at least. Excellent quality hair at a decent price point. You can't go wrong!

Warte seit fast 3 Wochen auf mein Paket. Der Kundendienst erreicht man nicht. Keiner antwortet auf E-mails etc. Denke nicht dass ich das Geld zurück erstattet bekomme. Reine Abzocke und sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

Fabulous hair, been a customer since early 2018, extensions last around 6-7 months for me, so it's the second purchase for me only, no issues with support but I had to return hair to central Europe instead of UK after wanting to change texture, they paid shipping but still

I received exstentions a while ago but I barely wore them. I changed my hair colour and I will never have use for the colour of exstentions I have now. I contacted AiryHair regarding the situation and they were amazing about it! They responded to me very quickly and kindly allowed me to do an exchange. It was so easy and simple and I appreciate everything they have done. They provided me with everything I need in order to send them back. I am super happy with the expierence I had. The personally love the exstentions, I would receive so many comments on how long my hair was and people didn’t even realize it was exstentions they look that real. So far these are my favourite and I have had many in the past. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received as well as the product. Thanks so much AiryHair!!

Great hair extensions all around, using non remy plus quality on my clients and no issues for the entire year, using since new 2018 line.

I’ve ordered extensions from multiple companies including Donna Bella (flat tip extensions) and Cinderella Tape In extensions and these are by far the BEST. I’m not giving the other companies any bad reviews because their products were high quality but they do not compare to the thickness. I ordered the Thick 30’ inch tape-in extensions human hair and am very please. SO soft and very thick. I have gotten many compliments already. They were such a great price too for the quality of the hair even including the length. I never leave reviews for places but felt like I had too for these! Thanks so much Airy Hair!

I've been ordering from airyhair for over a year. The hair is soft and doesn't tangle often if you use leave in conditioner. The hair usually last about 4-8 months depending on how good you take of it.
