recently the service has become very disappointing. My 2GB daily data gets exhausted much faster than expected, even with normal usage.
The most frustrating part is the customer support. It has become extremely difficult to connect with a customer care representative, and even when you try, there is no proper help provided.
Overall, the experience has become very irritating and inconvenient. I hope Airtel improves its service quality and customer support, as it used to be much better before.

Since joining Airtel, I have never been able to use the 5G network. I have raised this issue multiple times and have consistently been informed that the team is working on it; however, even after several months, there has been no resolution.
It is surprising and concerning that over the past four years, the root cause has still not been identified. This raises serious questions about service quality and accountability. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the TRAI for further action

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Airtel’s pathetic and irresponsible service.
My WiFi has not been working for the past two days. After repeatedly calling customer support, a technician finally came and “fixed” the issue — only for the connection to stop working again within an hour. This clearly shows a lack of proper service and accountability.
Since then, I have been calling multiple times again, but no one is responding or taking responsibility. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.
If Airtel cannot provide a stable connection or proper customer support, then there is no point in continuing with your service. I expect immediate action and a permanent resolution, not temporary fixes.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I am formally lodging a grievance regarding a 3GB data recharge that was exhausted within 30 minutes of purchase today, 15.03.2026, despite minimal usage. This is not an isolated incident; every time I purchase additional data, the same technical failure occurs, and I am left without a functional redressal mechanism, effectively spoiling my entire weekend. After numerous attempts to escalate via the frustrating Airtel IVR and app, I have been given an utterly unacceptable resolution date of 31.03.2026, which is logically absurd for a time-sensitive data pack. Having recently switched both my SIM cards to Airtel, I deeply regret the decision given this level of service. I demand an immediate credit of the data, a technical audit to fix this recurring account bug, and a manual override of the 16-day resolution timeline!

Extremely pathetic customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Airtel Broadband.
I took a new Airtel broadband connection on 6 January 2026. Within two months, I relocated to Gurgaon and raised a shifting request on 4 March 2026. However, despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited my house till now.
The most frustrating part is the inconsistent and unhelpful customer support. Every time I call, I have to wait 5–10 minutes just to connect with an executive. After that, different representatives give completely contradictory information one says the request has been processed, while another says it has not even been converted.
This has been an endless cycle of calls with no actual resolution. Meanwhile, the service remains inactive but the company continues charging.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to rely on Airtel’s customer service, as it has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Very pathetic service !!!!!

Terrible Service & Unresolved Connectivity Issues
I have been facing repeated Wi-Fi connectivity issues for a long time. The internet would drop at the worst possible times — especially during important work — and would stay down for 6, 12, or even 24 hours at a stretch. This level of downtime is completely unacceptable.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, my issues were never resolved promptly. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, Airtel's support team responded by asking why I want to disconnect — instead of acknowledging their own poor service quality.
To make matters worse, I have not been using the connection for the past 10–12 days, yet the cancellation process is still not straightforward. My disconnection request was not even properly registered the first time.
I expected better from a leading telecom provider. If you value your time and need a reliable internet connection for work, I would strongly advise reconsidering before choosing Airtel broadband.
Hoping Airtel takes customer feedback seriously and improves their service quality and response time.
Trap of Airtel
I bought the Airtel Black and Family Pack postpaid plans. While in the UAE, I bought the INR 2999 IR package, which is valid for 10 days. After the expiry, they added the 649 package without my approval, and later the 2119 package too. And gave me a bill for 9450. They should have been in the cattle business. Absolute cheaters.
