A SHIT WITH BRAND NAME

I wish the ratings were in negative as well. I live in a very well networking area. But apparently airtel's internet connection is on it's own trip. The inter Quality is the worst i have ever imagined. I changed my initial idea sim and converted to Airtel because of the changing trend. But trust me that was the worst decision i ever made. Idea's network coverage was way better whatever this shit airtel is. I am literally so frustrated, I can't even scroll reels, nor i can post a story which is my work as well and the fun fact, the network towers in my phone says that internet is at 5G but the speed is worse then 2G. Do not take airtel as your sim. TRUST ME. JUST DON'T.

I purchased an airtel product ott bundle
For 279 rs.Initially they just sell me without any otp in xstream app.my mobile no on xstream was an old no that I had abandoned.Logging with new no
Is asking otp,but lost all my purchase.
When contacted they said u can't avail service on ur new no,available only on no u subscribed.very bad service from airtel.They just don't care once u purchased their product. Before selling ott bundle they didn't ask otp,many users who an old no. on xstream app lose their subscription whey they try to login thru their new number.

i am porting to jio

i am porting to jio , one of the worst services is airtel
to make call to customer care its asking me to do aditional recharge anyway you lost 6 members whole family is with jio now

Very poor service

Very poor service. On multiple occasions, I reported network down issue. The Service Provider didn't show any concern to rectify the issue. There should be a regulation passed against these nature of service provider, where data should be extended for the number of days the network is down. Customers are paying more money and receiving only peanuts of services from this Service Provider. At one point I feel, there is no use of being loyal to this kind of services.

Worst service ever whenever I raise a…

Worst service ever whenever I raise a request regarding airfiber network issue they just register the request and after some time you will get a call and they will say they are sending a techinican but no one will vist your site and they will just sit and close you request as resolved and I am facing this issue since last 20 days all I do is raise a request and nothing and guess what I am paying for this shit worst service provider ever I got

Airtel Black Connection – My Review
The absolute worst internet connection and customer service I have ever experienced.
I have used several internet connections before, but never expected such a poor experience from a nationwide broadband provider. Even local internet vendors easily beat Airtel in both network speed and customer support.

Problem 1 – Delayed Installation
After payment, the salesperson promised a technician would contact me within two days. Three days passed with no contact at all. When I followed up, he said he would call back — but never did. Installation finally happened only on the fourth day.

Problem 2 – No DHT Connection
My plan included a 30 Mbps connection with an Airtel Black DHT setup, but the DHT box was never installed.
• The salesperson kept promising it would be done "in two days" — then "tomorrow" — every day for an entire week.
• When I contacted the technician, he suddenly started yelling at me and abruptly ended the call.
• After a week of daily follow-up calls, the salesperson completely stopped answering my calls— despite personally promising full support at the time of sale.

Problem 3 – Misleading Pricing / Scam
The salesperson quoted the plan at Rs. 599 + GST, saying the monthly total would be "Rs. 600 something." I was charged Rs. 1,500 for the first payment (for two months). He justified it as a one-time charge. Later, I confirmed with Airtel customer care that the real monthly price is Rs. 707 — never disclosed honestly by the salesperson.

Problem 4 – Terrible Internet Speed
My plan promised 30 Mbps. In reality, speeds ranged from just 4 KB to 2 Mbps. The connection was highly unstable — it would drop with just two devices connected and became completely unusable with three or more.

Problem 5 – Useless Customer Care & Technician Visit
I contacted customer care multiple times about the speed issue:
• Their only fix was rebooting the router, which gave 7 Mbps for just half an hour before dropping again.
• After I warned them of serious action, they finally sent a technician. He simply switched the Wi-Fi off and on, rebooted the router, and left — declaring it "fine."
• The speed after his visit was only 10–15 Mbps, still far below the promised 30 Mbps.
All of these issues happened within the first 30 days of the connection.

Cancellation – Rude Customer Care
After two months, I called to cancel my subscription and ask about the process. The customer care representative got angry, rudely told me to call back on the exact cancellation date, and ended the call without any proper assistance.

Overall verdict: Airtel Black delivered broken promises, misleading pricing, shockingly poor speeds, a useless technician, and rude customer support from start to finish. An experience I would not wish on anyone.

I would like to rate this in minus fortunately it is not available

Actually i want to give -5 rating, toooooo much stupid promotional calls daily, also there is no specific date for experiance, it's happening every day, day ang night, too much irritating, also very low internet connection, no proper customer care service

@AirtelIndia This is unacceptable. I’ve been facing internet issues for 10+ days with no resolution. Multiple complaints, calls, emails—yet tickets are closed without fixing anything. Engineers don’t visit despite permissions arranged. This is affecting my work. Resolve immediately or I escalate legally.

Please guys don’t use airtel air fibre it’s ver bad over it they don’t provide any support for disconnection and because of it the bills keep on generating. Please don’t ever use it. And very very poor service. If you complain on customer service they just say our backend team will call and then there is no response.

Pathetic Services

After being a loyal customer of Airtel for over 15 years, this is extremely disappointing.

I raised a genuine concern regarding unauthorized international roaming charges on my postpaid connection 7087408886. I even registered a complaint with the Department of Telecommunications (Complaint No: DOTEL/E/2026/0017193). Despite this, there has been no proper resolution.

I have only been following up repeatedly — through calls and emails — but there has been no response to my emails at all. Every time I call customer care, I am made to explain my issue again for 30 minutes, only to be told the same thing: “you need to pay the full bill.”

Thanks to Airtel for the services over the years, but unfortunately, my journey ends here.

I will be paying the bill and porting my connection out — and not just one, but all 3 numbers from my family plan.

This kind of poor customer support and lack of accountability is one of the major reasons behind Airtel’s downfall and the growth of competitors like Jio.

Very disappointing experience.

Very poor service

Giving 1 extra star because of coverage. They are very poor in completing customer service request. This is not one time experience but everytime unless you have a new connection

It's very very very very worst coustomer service that person name was suresh and Hemanth from vizag this guy laag persons I'll call that's person lots of time but no use actually iam telling plz cancel my instillation but he tells me it's cancel but order is not cancel ihave not received any cancel messages but how he can tels me it's cancelled plzz refund my amount that's why I'm review and I'm not recommend this network of any persons
