Great driver and service. Driver easy to reach and able to pick from airport promptly. Taxi was clean, tidy and ride smooth. No issues at all. The reason I put 4* rather than 5* is because I was told by some taxi drivers at city centre worked with this company that they dont get anywhere near the payment we made. Will be nice to have this transparent

Réservation aller Lommel Eindhoven le 11/03/2026 et retour le 18/03/2026 : Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé, mais le chauffeur n'est jamais apparu, ni à l'aller, ni au retour. Après en avoir fait part à l'entreprise AIRPORTTAXIS, j'ai immédiatement reçu une réponse de leur part avec des excuses et une promesse de remboursement du coût que j'avais dû supporter. Je vous prie donc de considérer l'avis négatif que j'ai envoyé comme nul et non avenu. Je vous recommande donc vivement les services de AIRPOTTAXIS.

Wroclaw transfer. It's a bit of a worry when organising a taxi at 4.30am to go to the airport, but our driver contacted us the day before, with their name, contact number, model and colour of car. They were both prompt and polite. Great service

The service charged a deposit, and then charged the full amount on delivery of service, not crediting the deposit.
Thus overpaid.
Follow up through Customer Service (3 times in a week+), with NO RESPONSE ever.
Can not recommend to any individual.

The booking was easily made. I was kept perfectly in the loop on confirmations, the driver, the type of car, contact details of the driver. As well as a short notice that the driver was on his way and he arrived even a bit before the agreed pick up, so no stress at all

Never ever again !
The booked taxi just didn’t arrive. We tried several times to call the driver but he didn’t answer the phone. After waiting a while, we decided to take another taxi from the airport to our home. So we actually paid twice since we had to pay the taxi in advance.
Even they promised us to refund everything we still didn’t get anything till today.

C’est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par cette société de taxi.
Le chauffeur nous appelle pour être sûr que nous avons atterri mais quand nous serons sommes sortis de l’aéroport,nous devons l me rappeler pour le prévenir que nous sommes sorti et il nous laisse attendre malgré tout encore attendre 20minutes.
Il avait dû fumer dans la voiture car cela sentait le tabac au point que nous avons eu mal a la gorge.
Conduite brusque et jurons pour compléter l’expérience

Gebucht war ein Transfer vom Airport nach Hause, wir hatten unsere Bestätigung per Email mit Buchungsnummer und Fahrer erhalten.
Wir kamen pünktlich am Flughafen an und kein Fahrer war dort um uns abzuholen.
Fahrer angerufen, der wusste von nichts, nach Rücksprache mit der Firma wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir hätten keine Buchung betätigt.
Das war dass erste und letzte mal mit dieser Firma..!!!

The communication was good, the pick-up easy and the drive smooth. Also, by far the cheapest. Would totally recommend this service!

Friendly driver, on time, safe driving

Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur Walid. Moeilijk om bij concurrenten dezelfde service tegen deze scherpe prijzen te vinden. Al dikwijls gebruik gemaakt van de service van AirportTaxis. Steeds op tijd , steeds duidelijke communicatie met de aangeduide chauffeur. De App kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken, werkt niet altijd perfect. Vroeger werd een noodnummer aangegeven, recent niet meer, beschikbaarheid van noodnummer gaf toch een beter gevoel.

This company is a scam. I ordered a taxi from Charleroi airport, paid for it and the taxi never appeared. I requested a refund, but after a couple of emails, they stopped answering and I did not receive any refund.

Great communication from the driver around arrival, punctual and courteous.

I am writing this to warn every parent to AVOID this company at all costs. We booked a transfer from Brussels Airport for my family, including a 6-month-old infant and a 2-year-old toddler. I verified everything in advance, and the company explicitly confirmed they would provide appropriate, safety-certified car seats for both children.
​However, what we encountered was a nightmare:
​Life-Threatening Equipment: For our 6-month-old, they provided a forward-facing I-MAX (Group 1/2/3) seat. In Belgium and under EU law, an infant of this age MUST travel in a rear-facing carrier. Placing a baby in a forward-facing upright seat is illegal and extremely dangerous.
​Inappropriate Booster: For our 2-year-old, they provided a simple booster seat instead of a proper toddler seat with a 5-point harness.
​Incompetence: The driver arrived with the seats uninstalled and admitted he had no idea how to secure them.
​Because of their negligence, we were left stranded at Brussels Airport late at night with two crying babies and nowhere to go. We were forced to check into the Sheraton Airport Hotel at a high cost just to keep our children safe.
​The driver acknowledged the failure and promised us a full refund on the spot. Yet, now the company is shirking all responsibility and refusing to honor that promise, even after we sent photographic evidence of the unsafe seat they provided.
​This is not just bad service; it is a gross safety violation. They took our money, confirmed they could handle babies, and then abandoned us in a foreign country at night.
​Save yourself the distress and potential danger—do not trust this company with your children.

My flight got cancelled from the US to Frankfurt on January 24th. My drive to Austria was done. I found Airporttaxis/ Singh Narinderpal. I contacted him directly and he was willing to drive me to Austria. Flight got delayed again, he waited patienly for me. His car was spotless clean, he had also a nice appearance. He drove me in 5.5 hours to Ischgl/Austria. He was my life saver and
Got me to my destination without stress. I thank him so much. All was to the perfection. He deserves an exeptional honor as he made my final destination easy and stressfree. Thank you Singh!!

Taxi jamais arrivé, j'ai appelé le numéro de téléphone qui a été fourni et personne ne répondait . Sur 2 expérience faites sur cette plate-forme, une seule a aboutie .
