Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. The taxi arrived about 30 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time, and the agreed meeting point was not respected. I tried calling the driver several times, but there was no answer, making it impossible to find out where they were or get any updates. This is unprofessional and unreliable, especially if you have a flight or an important appointment. I would not recommend this service.

As an airport taxi service they are efficient and punctual with good communication at all times. Emails were answered almost immediately and the drivers was contactable by phone.

Three taxi trips in a week
I made three taxi trips during a one week stay in the London area. The drivers were on time each time, they were parked as close as they could, the cars were clean and comfortable, and there was water on offer or available. The drivers helped me in and out with my luggage. Excellent service.

Driver was on time and waiting for us when we came out of luggage area. Handled our bags and we moved quickly to his car and proceeded to our destination. Car was clean and roomy for the 2 of us and our luggage. Driver was quiet and very polite.

Outstanding service and customer care
Onward Travel Solutions Ltd were booked to take me to and collect me from Birmingham International Airport - their service was outstanding! Booking online was super easy, they collected me from the location of my choice! Great communication and the drivers were highly punctual, helpful and lovely to chat with on both the outbound and home bound journeys! Cars were clean and the driving safe - would absolutely recommend to all! Believe it or not, this service was cheaper than parking my own vehicle at the airport and was hassle free! Thank you OTS, I will definitely use your company again and thank you to two great divers!

We used Onward Travel Solutions twice…
We used Onward Travel Solutions twice this summer. Both time to drivers were polite and professional. One of the drivers arrived early the day we were leaving. We were not fully ready however he loaded all the cases into the car and waited patiently for us to get ready then say our goodbyes. Will definitely use next time in Glasgow.

The travel from airport was very…
The travel from airport was very comfortable. But to find the taxi rank or place for pick up was impossible. We had to call/text few times to find the person with all transfer info. Then taxi number plates and car make has changed. Not easy start.
