Our driver was kind and made our ride stress free
Our driver was on time, courteous and even made sure we had everything before we drove off (I went back in my friend’s house to grab my phone- prompted by my driver to check that I had everything).
I was traveling with my child, we had a very peaceful safe ride to the airport very early in the morning.

Driver lied and tried to pull a fast one.
Paid for a meet and greet service from Gatwick. Driver not there when we came out, plane on time. Office number provided wasn't answered but then the driver called telling me to meet him outside the terminal. Not what I paid extra for!! When we got the where he said he wasn't there either and then we had to wait while he clearly entered the airport parking system for the first time. Trying to pull fast one by not providing the service I paid extra for. Very poor!! AVOID!!

As soon as our office team was made aware of the situation on the day, we issued a refund for this service to ensure it was rectified right away.

Used twice, never again
Used twice, badly screwed up twice. First time taxi never appeared, second time a 5 seat car arrived for a 6 passenger booking. They sub out their work and have no control over the delivery. Will not use again.

Disappointing and didn’t get what I paid for
I paid for a meet and greet service but the driver called me and asked me to meet him outside. There was a long delay between booking online and getting the driver’s details. All the way home he played loud rap music. Didn’t help le with my bag into or out if the car so all in all- a bit disappointing

Outbound shocking, return amazing
The return transfer was a definite 5*, his name was Mark and he was brilliant. The going out was the most stressful journey, driver turned up late, then just didnt seem to know where he was going, just kept messing with the say nav and every sign fir Birmingham airport he went the opposite way, had to turn around on closed roads. My husband actually said to him , mate dont you think you should follow the airport signs. I honestly thought we were going to miss our flight

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. The taxi arrived about 30 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time, and the agreed meeting point was not respected. I tried calling the driver several times, but there was no answer, making it impossible to find out where they were or get any updates. This is unprofessional and unreliable, especially if you have a flight or an important appointment. I would not recommend this service.

As an airport taxi service they are efficient and punctual with good communication at all times. Emails were answered almost immediately and the drivers was contactable by phone.

Three taxi trips in a week
I made three taxi trips during a one week stay in the London area. The drivers were on time each time, they were parked as close as they could, the cars were clean and comfortable, and there was water on offer or available. The drivers helped me in and out with my luggage. Excellent service.
