I've used Aero Cars Cheltenham a couple…
I've used Aero Cars Cheltenham a couple of times now to take me to, and pick me up from Heathrow airport. On both occasions they've been excellent. I'll definitely be using them again.

Very happy with the service i would recoomend the company
The car number plate of the taxi had been provided in the confirmation that i received when i booked the taxi
Prompt taxi arrival to collect me from the airport. Notification received via text from the driver as my plane landed.
Driver had prepared and offered me a complimentary water bottle for my use during the ~1h journey
Travelled in comfort and safety to my home

Excellent from start to finish!
Excellent communications from quote, to booking, to driver details, to drivers arrival. Our driver was prompt, polite, helpful with luggage, drove safely and calmly and we started our holiday perfectly relaxed! Superb service. Will be using again!

Highly recommended
Aero Cars have been incredibly reliable, courteous and professional when I have used them for numerous trips to and from Heathrow and Gatwick for business. The occasional complimentary upgrade of car type is also much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

The driver showed up in plenty of time
The driver showed up in plenty of time. The car was clean inside out.
He was very courteous and helpful, and got us to the airport on time without having to rush.
We chose this company because of the reviews and we were not disappointed.

Prompt, comfortable and low rates
Excellent prompt and comfortable journey. Good value for money, low rates good customer service..delivered in the expected time. Driver talked when talked to and allowed space when I had to do a bit of work on my phone on the way to Heathrow.
Will definitely book again!

Fantastic way to travel between Cheltenham and Heathrow!
Very efficient..good price. Excellent customer service. Mercedes S Class very smooth. Stayed at the speed limit all the way..no rush. Driver happy to talk and equally happy to let me be..helped with cases and delivered in exactly the time specified. Fantastic thank you 😁

Lovely driver and efficient service
Lovely driver and efficient service. Minor complaint: I was charged £5 for changing the pick up time by 15 minutes to allow extra time for traffic. But I would certainly use the company again for airport transfers.

Driver courteous but he was late.
Driver very helpful and courteous but 10 minutes late meeting us Bristol airport and it was raining - not ideal.
The fare? Too high.
