Worst service ever. Do not trust them. Ask for your money.
I have been using this company a lot for the past year. Unfortunately, during my last booking, the driver broke my umbrella. I asked him what would be the policy and I have exchanged several emails with the company who said they reimbursed me my umbrella if I was able to provide the bill or they would reimburse me 10 GBP if I couldn't provide the bill. This was on the 27th of August. Since then nothing has been done. I have send about 10 emails and tried to call yet nothing has happened. When you make a promise to a customer you need to honour it.

We are sorry to hear after having such a wonderful service regularly from us for past one year, You are dissapointed with your last trip outcome.
As per our terms & condition which was sent to your email and on our website it clearly stated under section 6 INSURANCE “Neither Aero Cars Cheltenham Ltd nor the driver is responsible to You for, or insured in respect of, any damage or loss that may be sustained by the Goods in the course of a Trip and it is Your exclusive responsibility to have such Goods insured in respect of such damage or loss.”
When you emailed us on the 27th August, We held a meeting with our driver regarding this issue, Driver confirmed it was an accident and he has offered to pay you in cash for such damage which was in his own discretion. You have confirmed to driver that you will contact the office, Upon recieving your email our team has asked you to supply an original invoice for the umbrella which can be forwarded to our driver to pay in his own discretion.
As you failed to provide such invoice we then proceeded to asked the driver what he may thaught the item was worth? Driver upon hearing that you are unable to provide such invoice and also taken into account you have already refused the cash offer he made, He has since decided to withdraw from the discretionary offer that was made.
Taken everything into account, We would advise you to contact the driver directly to discuss this matter further and appreciate if you give such feedback directly to him then Aerocars itself.

Great value for money when compared with the cost of fuel and airport parking. A waiting car at 11pm after hours of travelling was a very welcome sight.

When our plane was delayed by several hours, we were reassured immediately that our driver would be waiting for us at the airport, whatever time it arrived. It took away a lot of the potential stress from the situation.

Varied!
This company seems to contract out drivers from local taxi firms, so I suppose experience will vary based on who accepts the job.
Our outbound leg was pretty good. Our driver was struggling to stay awake a little bit, but as it was a 7am flight this is understandable!
The return was a little less professional. The company said the driver would meet us in the arrivals hall at Heathrow, but instead he called and told us to try and find him in a nearby car park and gave us a row number. The A417 was closed for a stretch on the journey, and the driver got lost trying to follow diversions. Had to find directions from an app to get him back on track. He then drove at 95 trying to save time until he drove right on past our exit...

Offices in London, good service
I did my research on this company before I book with them and the registered offices are in London and they had good reviews. The driver that was assigned to do my booking was friendly and we arrive on time to my destination. I will recommend this company to anyone.

A Rude Driver & Poor Customer Service
We needed to adjust our pick up time for an airport run by 30 minutes and were required to pay a £5 admin charge. We also paid an extra £5 for the Meet & Greet service as Birmingham Airport as my wife is not able to walk very well. On arrival we were met by the driver at the exit who then proceeded to tell us his car was parked about 500 meters away on the top floor of a car park. When I explained we paid extra for meet and greet he said yes, thats correct, if you hadn't paid extra I would be parked over there, 20 meters away, waiting for you... The driver then became very rude and defensive with us saying "OK then, I supose I will now have to pay 2 lots of parking" and marched off to get the car... A very bad experience after 8 hours of travelling. Will not be useing them again.
