Rescheduling blunder
I have been trying to reschedule a flight.
Even though I can clearly see the same flight on the requested date and time, this the response I received:
"Ayesha! After validation, it has been observed that there are no available flights on 1st Feb 2024. Kindly verify the flight availability and make changes to your booking by visiting our chatbot, Tia"
It almost felt like "you've paid for the flight, now you're stuck!"
Mr Ratan Tata should look at firing Manas Gulati for his corrupt practices, harassment charges
Mr Ratan Tata should look at either stopping air india express completely or revamp the planes and staff completely.
First thing to fire is all rude, unempathetic staff.
Manas Gulati ground staff at new delhi airport feels he is the owner of airlines so he can harass and humiliate people.
He has a nexus with checkin staff to show luggage overweighting amd then charge money, don’t give the receipt and baggage tag and he has a good earnings on daily basis like this.
Most corrupt, rude, egoistic person ever seen.
On top of that if you question him, he threatens to call the police .
Flights are delayed every other day and manas gulati shouted at ppl to call the police , when one of the fellow passengers tried to make a video of his misdeeds.
AirIndia made me feel low about TATA
I had great respect for TATA. After using AirIndia under Tata, I lost respect for TATA
Reason:
- A full paid ticket is now increased in price during checkin and I am forced to pay. After 12 years of National and International . This is my first experience.
Its not about money, its about trust that a agreed price during booking does not change
Third class Airlines. Worst than Somalia Airlines. Mosquitoes and flies in the plane
Third class Airlines. Better avoid booking. It is worst than Air India. The check-in counter and its own staff in Chennai were fighting Air India versus Air India Express. The Manager on duty Girish was very casual and enjoying the fight. Filthy and unkept aircraft with flies and mosquitoes. Probably worst than Somalia Airlines. I was travelling by AI 8671 which Air India Express operated by Air India. Such Airlines are tarnishing the image of the country. The duty Manager in Chennai Girish had no clue about customer experience

I booked a flight for my family on 7th April from India to Abu Dhabi

flight was missed by my family .
we had a medical emergency with my nephew having a fall and hitting his head ad having a huge cut just hours before the flight
they had to be in the hospital for medical evaluation, had scans done etc
i have the medical details with me as well
they just did not cater to any of our concerns and just paid 1/5th of my ticket back as cancellation
guys tomorrow this can happen to your families also
this is a genuine concern and with all due respect just refund the one or at least a much better fraction
even to change flights I had to pay extra
WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN THIS,IS THERE NO CONCERN FOR MEDICAL EMERGECIES AND PEOPLE'S FRAME OF MIND
I will also try and write to the air traffic authorities,airport authorities and the government to express my concern

I was FORCED to cancel my flight due lack of information on their email and booking website
No one informed me and nowhere was mentioned as non vaccinated people even with PCR are not allowed on the board.
This kind of information should clearly be written with big red letters on the website before someone books a flight or at least sent in the email
This is unacceptable!!!
Why should my plans be spoiled by unprofessional behavior of others and on the top of that I was charged 5000 rupees for canceling my flight .
Their email on the website are jokes. They are not even valid!!!

If a piece of excrement learnt to fly and then got funding from tax payers money to build a fleet of flying excrement, staff it with excrement, go broke, get a bail out from tax payer again and still treat customers like excrement that company would be called Air India Express.
They are great at being tardy, rude, inconsistent, shabby treatment of customers, cancelling flights etc etc. Refunds, well one could get pregnant and deliver a baby twice over before you get your refund....
Too poor service!!! Won't recommend.
Too poor service, Had booked a ticket from Sharjah to Mumbai for my sister, which got cancelled for no reason and there was no cancellation message,text OR an email confirming that.
Had booked it via 3rd party service and both of them kept passing the burden on each other.
Too poor and disappointing service.
Would have given 0 stars if there was an option to do so!!
